I just have to say that Mauricio from JSA towing did an absolute superb job from start to finish taking care of my tow with my 1948 chevy fleetline which was totally redone and needed to be really carefully taken care of and he did it with flying colors...I highly highly recommend him if you have any type of classic that you want to be handled with care..thanks again Mauricio and JSA Towing which by the way we're sent out through Hagerty!
Happened to get a flat tire as soon as pulled into my garage. My insurance provider sent out JSA towing and they were fantastic. Communication was great from the dispatcher and the man that put on the spare was great too. They literally saved the day! Thank you so much!
My name is Cory, and I wanted to give a review for the job that Jose Lepe provided me through my insurance. Great worker, only waited 15 minutes and took me directly too the location for my drop off for my replacement tires. I hope I don’t have too use the service again, but when times go bad. Mauricio was so positive and helpful. I was pretty discouraged my car broke down on the side of the road but he lifted my spirits and came quickly to pick me up and get me to a mechanic. I am very thankful for him. 10/10 would use this company and Mauricio again
Our driver, Mauricio went above and beyond to help us after being stuck on the side oh the highway for over 12 hours and everything that could go wrong go wrong, he showed up and showed out doing everything in his power to get our truck disconnected from our trailer. After hours of working on ideas and putting them to the test we were finally able to get them to the shop. Thanks again Mauricio !

Used these guys thru AAA, and they're the shadiest company around. My car was towed from a shop in Palmdale on a flatbed and delivered almost 6 hours later by another truck, hauled on the 2 front wheels. Causing damages to the rear Differential and some scuff marks on the hood and bumper. The car was brand new 2023 model GR Corolla, which is an AWD vehicle with about 200 miles, and Raul at first admitted fault and later denied any damages. It took me 4 months and hours and hours of my time to finally get payment to have my car fixed and had to forfeit the correct amount to fix my front end from the poor customer service by there insurance company. I would be careful with this company and the poor practice they exercise.
Awesome customer service at their call center and drivers were nice and helpful. Would recommend this business. Bonus: they arrived within the time frame they gave and also sent updates.
Jorge was very helpful, arrived promptly and before AAAs ETA, and was able to open my car door with ease.
I called an hour in advance for my car to be towed. I was told to call when I was 15 minutes out. I called when I was onsite at the dealership. They gave me another 15 minute wait. When the tow truck came, the dealership was actively moving my car out so the tow truck had easy access. I was told the driver would stay ten minutes. I went outside and waved him to back up. The driver turned around and left the parking lot. I immediately called to have the driver come back…he wasn’t even off the road but was speeding off. (He legit was there only three minutes before leaving). I was told they would send another person out in 1.5 hours at the earliest. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will make you wait for them and when you guide them to pick up your car onsite, they will just leave you. Funny thing, I had a $100.00 tip for the driver, and he ended up being a jerk who doesn’t deserve a $1.00 tip.
AAA is contracted with this company and they gave an ETA. Waited.for hours and never showed up.

They told me they didn’t want to tow my car because there was “too much traffic” called another company who did it no problem. Do Not recommended

The worst towing company ever!!!! We needed my brothers truck towed (since it would not start and he is in critical condition at the hospital) they advised us that someone had to be there for the pick up (mind you the truck is under my name but my brother uses it to get around) I sent my friend out to meet the tow truck driver. The driver arrives “says he doesn’t see anyone” and leaves right way (my friend was in his car about to get out). My friend the follows him and tells him that he was there waiting, the tow truck driver rolls his window up and leaves. I try to contact the office and the driver multiple times!!! Neither answer....
I have 2 flat tires and a dead battery fyi…
Even though I was there under unfavorable conditions (my car was impounded by CHP) the staff was very friendly and kind. Quick service. Friendly staff.

All I can do is tell the truth. I called needed a tow asap. Another company wouldn't even consider picking my car up. They asked me my address and destination, gave me a price, paid over the phone, they showed up in 10 minutes and done. I called at 8:15 am. It is now 8:45 .
I called to have roadside assistance to change a flat tire on a 2019 Transit. ETA was 60-90 Min. I got my confirmation text message and waited for 90 minutes. No one showed up. I called to get a status and the lady advised me that the driver was 20 minutes out. 30 min later no show. I called for the 2nd time to get a status and I was told the driver was stuck on a call in Lake LA. The dispatcher told me once he’s done there I was next. One house later (4 and a half hours later) I called to get an update again. I provided my information like the previous times and now I was told by the same dispatcher lady that they don’t have a work order for my vehicle. WHAT!!!????!!! I kept my cool and I asked how is it that my previous calls she was able to pull my work order and now all of a sudden she can’t find it. This is the WORST towing company I have ever dealt with. The dispatcher asked if I was paying cash and I said No, it was going thru Ford. Her tone changed and said “Well there’s nothing I can do, I have no order for you and I don’t have a driver available.” She also stated that I made a mistake and I was calling the wrong tow company. So if I was paying cash she would have sent one. It seems like they pick up the cash jobs and ignore the Inssurance calls. I have one start review because I could give zero or negative stars. Before I lost my cool I hung up on her. I called Ford roadside assistance and they were able to see the open order assigned to the Countrywide. Take your business else where where they will appreciate your business.
Car wouldn’t start this morning and I needed a jump start. They arrived about 15 minutes after I requested service (maybe even less, they were super quick). Got my car running, and I was able to go on with my day. Quick, efficient and friendly. Very satisfied, thanks guys!
Such a great company with awesome staff! My driver Kyle was quick to get to me and load up my car. He got me and my car to my destination safe and sound. Very friendly and professional company. 10/10 will be using them again if a tow truck is needed.

HORRIBLE!!! They destroyed my transfer case and transmission pushing my 4x4 in four wheel drive with the forklift. When i told the girl inside she told me the truck was already beat up and they were closing in five minutes so they could either keep it or push it out. I had to get another tow company to tow it home. Now they won't return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They don't know what they are doing and don't care what they damage.
Showed up loaded my news old container, got it to yhe property and work hard to level it. GREAT JOB...GREAT SERVICE
The girl that was assisting us was very rude and had an attitude with every question that we had about the process and pricing. Her answers were very condencinding and unprofessional. After all the paperwork was done she had us waiting over 30mins to get our vehicle when she said it would take about 10.
Clark & Howard Towing offered the cheapest price to tow my car from Acton to Palmdale compared to all of the other towing companies that I called. The lady who set it up on the phone line was professional, helpful, and understanding. The tow truck driver, Gil, got there quicker than what I was told and I was super impressed when he offered an ice-cold bottled water from an ice chest that he had in the cab. After already experiencing a bad day stuck out in the hot desert, that was the perfect way to change my day in a positive way. Gil was very friendly, personable, and I can tell that he enjoys what he does. Its nice to know that there are still great people out there willing to help and go the extra mile because I have definitely dealt with other people in my life plenty of times where it was obvious that they didn't like their job. Thanks for all your help Clark & Howard Towing and I'd like to give a shout-out to Gil for being my tow truck driver that day that I needed you.
Ok, yes it’s my fault my car ended up here. However, why the hold for 30 days. On top of that your paying 20 to 40 bucks a day. Y? After paying the other fees that put your car in this situation. You have to pay this ridiculous amount for them to release your car. Leaving you stuck with the decision of keeping it and or getting rid of it. Which one is worth it?

What happened to just plain descent, customer service? I knew the co. would be closing within the hour and entered there address into my navigation. For some reason it took me to a industrial yard which was confusing. I called to confirm the address when it was i asked if there was some kind of marker or something close by that would help me find them they rudly answered telling me theres not much more they can do for me than give me the address. I was blown away. I did find it however it was to late.
Took our damn car. Now I’m looking at the reviews if I find they took something we will be going to court.
So my buddy's wife was in an accident and I went with him to get some things out of his car and they hassled us about getting things, we're rude to not only us but to other customers as well. To make things worse they tried throwing everyone out durring business hours so they could go somewhere else. Other than owner they all seem shady
I hope people who get their cars towed don't have to deal with this place. 2 assholes work there. Especially someone who goes by buddy t. His momma didn't teach him to respect ladies. So good luck if u have to go there.
Tow driver was professional and quickly removed both cars off the road. The following day, I retrieved all items left in my vehicle. No issues. Paperwork and retrieval very quick, efficient and professional. Must also mention, staff is very courteous and helpful.

i broke down in my jetta and called AAA for a tow. they dispatched this firm to come tow me. the driver called me back on a couple occasions as for i maxed out my 3 tows. i then called AAA back with my wifes number for authorization for 1 of her 3 tows. needless to say AAA made it happen. the the driver called and told me they they couldnt do it without my wife being there with the car and myself. i then became upset and called a private firm to tow my car as i was all ready 3+ hrs late for work. morrow towing came up to tow my car and i said dont bother. he left then came back and wanted to take a picture of my license plate and i stood in front of it and asked why? he said for liability resons i said liability? youv'e towed nothing. (probably so they could get paid for finally showing up) at that point i was outraged and told the driver "its not you you, but the custer service there is yet to be desired" so i took a picture of the name on the side of the truck and decided to post this review so other motorist can see just how much my situation was handeled in the time of need.
One of the most unprofessional companies. I had to call multiple times with a different time each time. Then was threatened to be canceled because I was questioning why they lacked communication. I finally got my car to a drivable point, and drove home. I cancelled and then called and cancelled my roadside service with my insurance, also requesting a refund. I explained that they really should remove this company from their referrals. They are so disgusting. I'm calling tomorrow morning and demanding to speak to my insurance company's manager to see where my refund is because I literally took care of the situation that my service was supposed to cover, but just kept getting yanked around with multiple times that they would be there to tow me. I waited and they still never showed. Ultimately, a bystander helped me resolve my issue that I paid for specifically. The only reason I got my service was to get help and this company will just leave you stranded when you're already stranded. Judging by all these reviews. This was not a me issue. At all. Furthermore, this was not an issue that was the fault of these other customers as well. Beware of this company.
This man whoever he was, was by far the worst service I’ve received by Allstate Roadside Assistance and I’m sure by other companies who hire them. Completely rude on the phone and in person, guy didn’t look like he even wanted to help me but whatever makes them money am I right? Accidentally left my keys in my brothers car so asked him to wait 5 MINUTES. Guy didn’t even give me a straight answer. Just hopped back in his truck and left me. This towing company even had the audacity to say they completed my service and I had to repeat the entire process once more. If you’re reading this to research your towing company before they arrive. I suggest you cancel until you receive another one. This is insane they are still even working with Allstate or other insurances.
If I could give them half a star, I would. Only because they actually answered the phone when I called. Sitting for an hour waiting for their truck, to only find out they cancelled the call and didn't tell me. The girl seemed clueless as to what was going on. Told me to call my insurance again instead of the company handling the issue. Good thing a pack of wolves from the antelope valley didn't come and take us alive. I could have walked to the next freeway exit.
Idk how my comment keeps being deleted, but I'll say it again, this company will tow any vehicle without showing proof of ownership, one of the drivers said to me while i confronted him about the car that belong to a friend and some ladies claim it was theirs, the driver told the ladies i was nobody and i don't matter, i ask them if they had the pink slip to show ownership and they did not, the tow truck driver took the car without seeing proof of ownership, and the owner of the company was very unprofessional when i question their practice, i will say this again call this towing company to steal any car they don't check for ownership, your word is enough proof.

If I could leave one star I probably would, was looking for a quote on a 0.7 mile tow and when he answered he cut me off to ask my name and once I told him he immediately refused to provide me with his services. I never even met the guy now have I done business with this Towing company. “I don't do business with Shauntle” he says.
They're website is incomplete, so navigation can be complicating. Called because I talked to one of the drivers and he said there were parts for the car I was working on, but when I called they said they don't sell part.
