Car engined died, showed up and Mauricio was friendly, personable, super helpful! The drive back into the city (we were an hour outside of the city) was nice and comfortable. And the drop off of the car was smooth. Everything was smooth and he was super helpful and funny. 10/10 would get a tow again haha
Spencer deserves a significant raise! He is a stellar representative for your company. He works efficiently, quickly and with attention to detail- yet, he does not rush and my wife and I could tell safely was his # 1 priority. His customer 1st attitude, pleasant communication skills and family first attitude are admirable and unfortunately in this day and age rare. Was stuck in hell otherwise known as Lancaster, California. My new electric SUV..was not ready to be driven long distances without proper preparation. I was stuck needing to be back in Las Vegas ASAP!. Called AAA..they set me up with this towing company who were great... especially the driver that towed me an hour and a half away. Jeffrey was great! He went the extra mile...literally! Out of all the weirdos that I saw that day in Lancaster and Palmdale he was a bright light that was able to help get me back on the road and get me the heck out of that nutty place. Thank you R & J Towing and especially...Jeff!!! Do me one favor clean up the crazies in that town which includes Lancaster Toyota... what a worthless bunch of sales people...no help whatsoever! They were quick and attentive getting to my location considering I was struggling to get a tow truck at a reasonable price due to location and other factors. Jose was extremely helpful once he arrived and got my car safe and sound back to my apartment. I would recommend 10/10.

Best towing company hands down! My car died randomly on me while driving on a busy street, I was stressed and freaking out that a car would hit me in the middle of the road. I called in for a tow truck and within minutes David arrived! Super nice and helpful, handle my car with care and in a timely matter! Thank you for everything Ozzie and David !

Car wouldn’t start this morning and I needed a jump start. They arrived about 15 minutes after I requested service (maybe even less, they were super quick). Got my car running, and I was able to go on with my day. Quick, efficient and friendly. Very satisfied, thanks guys!
Contacted Triple A because my vehicle had broken down in the more rural side of Lancaster and this company countrywide towing got sent out and immediately after triple A confirmed the company the driver called me and confirmed my location and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was, he got there loaded our vehicle and we were on our way to our destination. The driver was super nice and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 service.
Today I called roadside assistance through my insurance company and was sent a representative from Country Wide Towing. The driver's name was Bruce, and upon arriving to my gated community, called me to let me know he needed me to let him in the gate. I thought this was strange, because when I made the call I was sure to mention that I could not get into my vehicle to retrieve my gate remote and so provided the code for entry. When I relayed this information to Bruce, he told me that he didn't know how to use the code, even though the instructions are printed on the code box. I knew already that the real issue was simply that he hadn't bothered to walk up to the code box to attempt to enter the code in the first place. I reminded him that I had no way to retrieve the remote and that I would be happy to stay on the line with him while he approached the code box in case he needed me to walk him through it. Apparently, he was able to figure it out because a few minutes later, he was in. When Bruce arrived at my home and looked at my 2001 Toyota Camry, he proceeded to explain to me that the reason he suspected my car would not respond to the key fob to unlock was a common issue he sees in "these Hondas," in which the battery blows out a fuse. He stated that he would jump start the car and that if that didn't work, he would send someone out to replace both the fuse and the battery. He repeated himself several times, always referring to my Toyota as a Honda. Next, Bruce hooked a pair of jumper cables to the protective cover over the battery terminals and flipped a switch on the outside of his vehicle. Nothing happened. He explained that it was just as he'd "seen a million times with these Hondas," and that he would send his battery guy right out. He left. After he left, I called Country Wide Towing directly to ask a few questions about what felt like a suspicious situation. They proceeded to look up my case, which was for a Honda Pilot which I do not own, and explain that I was going to be charged for and delivered a new battery and fuse to be replaced at my expense. I asked her to cancel this and called my insurance company back. The insurance company tried to make contact with the driver after this, but he had chosen not to answer any more calls. They sent another tow company out to tow my car to a mechanic where I would have to leave it to be looked at tomorrow. Upon arriving (and having no issue with the gate) and hearing about my experience, the driver for this other company said he'd seen this many times. Country Wide Towing has a quota for the number of batteries they need to sell each month. Drivers are going out to calls and pretending to test batteries, then selling their batteries to these victims when they don't even need it. To prove it, the new tow truck driver showed me exactly where to clamp the cables, and right in front of me he started my car right up. This company has been around forever, and nobody questions them. My eyes were opened today. I will never trust this company again, and I will do my best to let people know about how they tried to scam me. I took the battery to auto zone to have it tested and confirmed that it is a perfectly good battery that did not need to be changed (it's less than a year old). Be careful of these wolves in sheep's clothing.
Such a great company with awesome staff! My driver Kyle was quick to get to me and load up my car. He got me and my car to my destination safe and sound. Very friendly and professional company. 10/10 will be using them again if a tow truck is needed.

I called clark and howard 3 weeks ago to have a container moved four miles down the street and they charged me around 120 to actually move it to a different location, i called them a week ago and they charged me 150 to move the contain 4 feet, not mentioning the person that came out dMaged my container then his whinch was broken so he could not do anything and had to leVe then i was told someone else would be here in 15 ended up waiting an hour for someone to come. Over all im pretty unhappy with this service the damaged my stuff disnt offer any compensation, and on top of that i feel like a was robbed 150 dollars to move it 4 feet after being charge 120 to move it 4 miles. I wont ever use them again. Very dishonest, using the corona virus as an excuse to run up price is not good for business.
Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, displaying rudeness, condescension, and arrogance without justification. It's important to remember that the individuals entering the establishment are already experiencing a challenging day.

HORRIBLE!!! They destroyed my transfer case and transmission pushing my 4x4 in four wheel drive with the forklift. When i told the girl inside she told me the truck was already beat up and they were closing in five minutes so they could either keep it or push it out. I had to get another tow company to tow it home. Now they won't return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They don't know what they are doing and don't care what they damage.
Clark & Howard Towing offered the cheapest price to tow my car from Acton to Palmdale compared to all of the other towing companies that I called. The lady who set it up on the phone line was professional, helpful, and understanding. The tow truck driver, Gil, got there quicker than what I was told and I was super impressed when he offered an ice-cold bottled water from an ice chest that he had in the cab. After already experiencing a bad day stuck out in the hot desert, that was the perfect way to change my day in a positive way. Gil was very friendly, personable, and I can tell that he enjoys what he does. Its nice to know that there are still great people out there willing to help and go the extra mile because I have definitely dealt with other people in my life plenty of times where it was obvious that they didn't like their job. Thanks for all your help Clark & Howard Towing and I'd like to give a shout-out to Gil for being my tow truck driver that day that I needed you.

So my buddy's wife was in an accident and I went with him to get some things out of his car and they hassled us about getting things, we're rude to not only us but to other customers as well. To make things worse they tried throwing everyone out durring business hours so they could go somewhere else. Other than owner they all seem shady
Well they picked up my landlord struck just in time after an 18 year old girl crossed in front of him and totaled out his Toyota four-wheel drive you just got 6 months ago now he's in bad condition 18 year old shouldn't be allowed to drive until they're 20 maybe 25 like a truck driver tell her you really know how to drive they just giving out license like it's candy I have no experience whatsoever 2 weeks later it happened again a 17 year old with a permit with her dad doing 70 miles an hour on a 35-mile turn hit another truck head on Time to leave California it's getting too dangerous right after my landlord got hit I had four near-misses one he was in the car with me it's getting too risky around here

Best towing Service we ever had ..our driver, Rene was very professional. Oscar came out to Rosamond where I needed a tow yesterday and the time estimate was accurate. He kindly let me know that it would be better to have my car dropped off at my apartment since the tow yard charges a storage fee and also tried to help with my battery issue.
I cannot express my gratitude for Oscar at M&o towing …I had an abandoned truck in my driveway that had been there for months. The guy who left it there did so to my surprise and for months ignored any requests to move it. My uncle who is a deaf senior citizen veteran couldnt even park in his own driveway & now we are selling the house and it was a. Eye sore as well as the fact of it being right in the way for us to be able to move. I called Oscar with desperation in my voice because up til now nobody would help. Oscar was friendly and professional and came right away. No headaches…just a smooth positive perfect transaction. He made such a difference for us & we are truly grateful for his kindness & quick service! You rock Oscar! Thanks again!!!!
THIS IS THE WORSE TOWING COMPANY EVER!!! I would give them 0 stars if i could. They accepted a tire change job from my insurance for 24 hr road assistance. After 1 hr and 20 mins of waiting, they didn't show up. And when i called them, they said that they dont service my area at this time. Had to wait another 1 hr for insurance to send someone else. Did i mention that i had my 2 children with me. THIS IS THE WORSE TOWING COMPANY EVER!!!!

They're website is incomplete, so navigation can be complicating. Called because I talked to one of the drivers and he said there were parts for the car I was working on, but when I called they said they don't sell part.
