I couldn't recommend Bee Line enough! First off, the call was straightforward and quick. They had me share my location and we're there FASTER than they quoted. The price was definitely fair and beat the comparables. Alex was great, very professional and made sure I was okay. It didn't feel like it was about money, but about getting ensuring I was taken care of. I highly recommend this company!
Dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I give my word I did nothing but talk in a polite manner. It seems as if dispatcher was having a bad day and was taking it out in me. Other than that, the tow driver was great! Much more polite and professional. My motorcycle was stranded on the road after my throttle cable snapped and I called towing services. It’s okay, but this company just needs to work on how their dispatcher center talks to their customers. Was simply an awful experience. Again, I give my word I was polite the entire time. Customer satisfaction will take you a long way, I don’t ask for much. I give my word everything I’ve stated on this review is true and correct.
Amazing company my insurance called them to have my company Mercedes Sprinter van towed and the showed up on time got me to the mechanics shop quick and efficiently. The driver was great to talk to. Overall the best towing experience l've had to be honest. Will definitely request this company to handle all of my company's towing
Customer service was absolutely GREAT!!! They came to help us with a battery service and were here in a couple a minutes. Our car was up and running again. Kevin was AWESOME!! Would recommend to anyone in the Irvine area needing any tow assistance :)
Have used Bee Line many times for numerous occasions and every experience has been fantastic. Drivers care and their equipment is clean. We have very high end cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti) and they’ve never had an issue. Will continue to use them as long as they are around!

Horrible service! We called for towing service and confirmed a 45-60 minute wait after the confirmed call we received a call back within 2 minutes that someone was being dispatched. We waited over an hour we called to follow back and were told that they cancelled our service! We never received a cancellation call and they decided to cancel because they realized they quoted us a wrong quote but didn’t even bother asking us if we were ok with the new price before deciding to cancel! We have an infant and toddler in the car waiting for this long for them to not even tell us they cancelled! So unprofessional!
My battery died at the worst possible time, but Brady Bros made it possible For me to still make my meeting. Fast service & Their team was friendly. They showed patience with me as I didn’t think I’d make it on time on a hot day. A clean service that felt safe and efficient. Can’t thank you guys enough.
I’ll keep this nice and short for you to read: I do NOT recommend this company. They took nearly 3 hours just to get there. I called 3 times for a status and they were rude on the phone along with constantly putting me on hold. When we were scheduling the lady told us about 45 minutes to an hour to get to us. I kept calling for followups after we had already been waiting for an hour and 15 mins and they would just tell me to wait 15-20 more mins. The driver called me after we waited to tell me the company gave them the wrong address and they were yet another 25-30 mins away after that. What a headache to an already stressful situation. They also quoted me one price over the phone and changed it in person. Never again. Save yourself the headache.
I got flat tire on the i5 N, called them and they said will be there in about 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes i called back and driver said he was 3.4 miles away. 15 minutes later he called me asked me where i am, while i have completely provided my location. I told him i have been waiting too long, if you can't be here in 10 minutes i will have to call another company, he said its up to me then. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Very bad service and unprofessional.
I called a tow truck for my car that was stuck in the hall but the tow truck they said would arrive in 30-40 minutes arrived two and a half hours later

Was told 45mins - 1 hour. Took 2 hours, never received a call from the driver for an eta, I had to call the office 3 times to keep getting told 20 mins more three different times. I asked to get the drivers number or have him call me so I didn't have to pay an employee to wait around on-site for him to arrive, was told "I'll put a request in" Atleast they showed up!
This past Sunday, I had some trouble with my motorcycle and I contacted 10-4 for a motorcycle tow. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find anyone as most businesses were closed and I really didn’t want to leave my bike overnight anywhere. They were very efficient over the phone. Once I filled out the necessary paperwork, they sent out Miguel to come and pick up my bike and tow it to my house. Miguel could not have been nicer and I really appreciated that he took time away from his family on a beautiful Sunday to help me out.
Great and fast service very affordable and reliable would very much recommend using their services!!
Called for side road assistance, the receptionist told us 30 minutes but the technician doesn't speak English well enough to understand, took him 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. Needed to change the tire to the emergency tire that I had in the trunk and charged 175$. I would say the service is not worth 175$ at all knowing that the street that I was on was less than 1 mile away from their company which showed as 7 minutes drive.
