From the moment he arrived, Jesse was professional, polite, and clearly experienced. He handled my vehicle with great care, made sure everything was secure, and took the time to explain what he was doing each step of the way. He showed up quickly after I called, and his calm attitude really helped reduce the stress of the situation. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I was taken care of. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend asking for Jesse. He made a frustrating situation a lot easier to deal with. Huge thanks to Jesse and Alberto’s Towing!

Juan did a very well job towing my vehicle!
Called them around 11:30 in the morning and told them I needed a car towed. They quoted me 45 minutes. I called an hour and half later and was told the truck would be here in 5-10 minutes. Half hour after that I called again and was told the tow truck died on the highway and they’re sending another truck. 2 hours later no tow truck in sight, and I ended up canceling. I’ve been lied to before but these people are straight up dis-honest with their time estimations. This isn’t a tow truck company, it’s a brokerage that auctions jobs out. Don’t use them.
Pass on these guys! Terrible! Called for a tow that I needed super quick and would pay out of pocket even though I have AAA. I was given a 45 minute ETA. Called backed after an hour and 15 min only to be told it was cancelled because the notes read that the driver called me and I said I no longer needed the tow. Totally wrong. I urged the dispatcher to have the driver screenshot the phone call details of what time and how long because no one ever called me. The dispatcher said she would dispatch another driver, but ETA would be the same all over again. No thank you. At this point, I’ll call AAA and wait for the their slow tow instead. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I’ve never used this towing service, however I came across one of your drivers at the four way stop on La Palma and Valencia around 4:10pm today. Another truck and I were going through the intersection and the tow driver (who’s turn it definitely was not) let the truck and I about halfway through the intersection when he decided to make his turn and cut the truck off next to me and almost smashed into me. There was no sticker on the truck to call about their driving so I’ve resorted to leaving a review. Had this tow driver plowed into the truck or me this would have been a much worse situation for your company.
Driver picked up my ranger rover and said they did not pick up any vehicle. We have them on camera. They said they got hacked and now my vehicle is stolen/ missing.
I called veterans towing to come jump my battery when I was stranded at the hospital. I was on vacation and was lucky enough to choose this place. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional and they arrived very quickly.
Yesterday, after turning down 2 other offers for "Roadside Service" from an insurance policy I pay supcicily to help me, finally they sent the best, most professional, most respectful young man from Veterans Towing Service (James). There aren't enough words to describe the professional, respectful, skilled Man that came to my rescue. Retired Military, humble, kind. There is NO end to describe this Wonderful Human. I recommend this Towing service to anyone in need. I wish Him (James)all the best the world could offer, and Thank you Veterans Towing.
GEICO sent Veterans Towing driver and he also works dispatch. I forgot his name and im sorry because this Veteran Marine took care of me in a professional and courteous as expected from squared away Marine. I really appreciate the fact they were at my location only 20 minutes. I felt like we served together for years. Thank you and I highly recommend this company because Veterans are the hardest worker anything they do .

Great guys here. Took care of my vehicle when it was reported stolen. Tell you cadet to tell them not to charge you is you're picking it up the same day.
Do NOT use this service! My father in law needed an emergency tow for a large truck and called this place because the website says 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We wer told that they have no one available until 2 pm!! It was 7am when he needed the tow! Maybe they should change their website for false advertising. I noticed ln their website they ONLY post the 5 star reviews which aren’t a lot and on here, the 1-star reviews outweigh the 5’s, don’t be fooled! Needless to say, he found another service that was super quick and helped him out without hassle.
This business is no longer the honest professional kind it used to be . They change prices and time on you in the last minute. Absolutely unreliable. Customer service run by someone named Victor who’s skills are definitely the worst. Stay away from this company or they’ll screw up your deal for an extra buck.
I gave it a 4 atar because they make you pay $75.00 property release on the weekends just ti get your personal stuff out. We went Saturday June 25 abd if we waited until Monday there would have been no charge at all. But waiting two more days would have costed more in impound fees per day. .....UGH!!

So don't make the mistake of parking in the wrong spot at your place of residency. Last night I made it and it cost us nearly $550 to claim our small SUV. I called this place and nearly had a heart attack after they told me it was over $500 to get our car back. They take your property but won't tell you why and who called them. They just want you to give up the cash in order to release your car. We showed up not even 12 hours later and we're charged full price without any chance of a discount or break. We live in north Long Beach and car was taken to Fullerton. These people are legal crooks and in the right business for personal gains.

On private property, my new vehicle was "hooked up" and about to be towed. I ran out my front door and requested--" Do not tow my car!" I've seen this particular driver on numerous occasions (in Fullerton) running the same scam to shake people down. I completely agree that most of the reviews sound like sour grapes and upset folks, blatant lies or exaggerating. So this review is more for the owner: A violation of the California Towing Law has been committed by your driver. I have the whole incident on video. Note: Cash demand from driver-- no receipt, haggled for a $400.00 drop fee(settled for $380.00--fees are supposed to be fixed and posted.)No call from this apt location (Driver just seen an opportunity). No police contact. No report to dispatch 2/17/23 (I checked). I have a 50k car and had 1k in my wallet, so I'm not crying about money--not every single upset customer can possibly be lying. SCAMMER driver and complicit ownership. They running a shakedown con.
I live in the area of placentia Today My brother in law stop by to bring us some food for the kids Graduation celebration, Next thing you know we have Oscar ( Night Star Employee ) trying to hook the car, hadn’t yet but even when my BIL came out to tell him he’s gonna leave he still continued to proceed with the towing instead of stopping for a sec before trying to hook it. Ofc BIL got defensive and aggravated because Oscar didn’t even want to give him a chance. Things escalated quickly from both parties. We asked for the drop fee , He responded “idk the drop fee”. I called the NS Office lady responded “We Don’t Do Drop Fees”. I asked to speak to the owner (Albert) they said he wasn’t in. They called police they arrived the cops asked how much is the drop fee oscar replied “boss doesn’t want me to do a drop fee” but I thought the office said they didn’t do drop fees ? YOU ARE ALLOWED TO REQUEST VIDEO CAMERA CONTAINING FROM THE TOWING ! Oscar denied me that right. I had my legal advisor on the phone with me. They advised me to ask if the car was cleared from PD to get picked up. He didn’t have an answer for me but what he did say is they are contracted with PD to let towing truck take cars without getting cleared first and that he can clear it when he’s takes it? At that point I new PD wasnt gonna be much help. They work together. I asked for the clear code of the car they couldn’t give me that. I then asked to use section 22658 The PD kept trying so hard to contradict me when my legal advisor was hearing it all and disagreeing. But what made me do this review was the poor professionalism from this company. BIL went to the location same employee Oscar was there to drop and return car, he then continued to antagonize and provoke my BIL who was already frustrated by him trying to make dumb remarks and smirk at my BIL. At that point OWNER ALBERT came out of the location aggressively towards my Family. Instead of de-escalating the conflict. Also we have been trying multiple times to speak to him prior and he wasn’t available till the incident. I know that they have a job to do and I also know that they come when they are called to by Property Management but they need to understand that where we live is in the poverty neighborhood where we work really hard for our money and anybody who loses money is going to feel some type of way they are stealing from the people. Oscar could’ve worked something out before things got out of hand. Also seen Tons of reviews with incidents with NS towing and everybody seems to be lying BUT THEM ? Most response back are them being very defensive and claiming false accusations. Be very careful when dealing with this company. I will personally be educating myself more on this matter and seeking legal advice or action. Record at all times when dealing with them ask the proper questions ask to see video taping ask what equipment and tools they use to tow and to show you on camera because they charge fees for equipment they use and most the time they don’t but charge. Ask for the picture taken before towing, get receipts. Do not go alone as they are very aggressive.
ZERO STARS, car was towed on private property, in a visitor spot. Towed it illegally, scratched the car. RUDE ,DISRESPECTFUL, had to call cops. They also steal from people.
