The worse service ever. Inexperienced tow company A driver was sent with the wrong equipment, my driver waited for 6 hours for them to complete a job and correct their mistake . Our chassis was damaged by their driver and the owner was rude

There’s no way to do a negative rating but I would say -10. Horrible service, requested a tow service and they change the prices drastically and then when called back it doesn’t let you connect the call back. You have to literally call from a different phone. Then they hanged on me because they refuse to help me. Horrible service, waited almost 3 hours to get double price.

My family and I were on our way to San Antonio for vacation and our alternator went out and the car wouldn't run. We called Veterans Towing. Joey towed us to the nearest auto parts store and he even lent us tools to fix the car. He was very helpful, kind and professional! The price was reasonable also! Thank you! I would definitely recommend 1 Veterans Towing!
The owner was highly unprofessional, rude, threatened to keep my car, charge extra and make we wait longer than it should have been to pick up my car. I had to make a police report and complain to the company who hired him.
We got it through Allstate, worst experience ever. They told us the wait will be an 1 1/2, it’s been almost 3 hours and we’re still waiting. They lied and told us it was traffic when In fact the truck they were sending turned around to go back to the shop because of “car trouble” and the other truck was coming all the way from another county. They weren’t going to let us know the truth about the situation, they were going to let us sit off the side of the freeway for another 3 hours. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO WITH SOMEONE BETTER PLEASE
Driver picked up my ranger rover and said they did not pick up any vehicle. We have them on camera. They said they got hacked and now my vehicle is stolen/ missing.
They were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They gave a very fair quote over the phone, arrived earlier than expected, and got our car on the flatbed quickly.

If a negative number was an option, I would give it. I wold give it.They initially insinuated that my daughters car was not stolen (not true)., by a mail who would not identify himself.). Then we were informed over the phone that we would need a police release and 85 dolars for my daghter to retreave the contents of her car.by a female who also accused me of not having the prior conversation with the male earlier.she argued with me for over 7 minutes on this irrelevent point. Upon arrival the female,who would only refer to herself by her first name,was given the release and I took out my wallet to pay the "door fee"of 83 dollars and 30 cents. The female then informed me that she could not accept a credit card from anyone other than the owner of the vehicle "per the spaciffic instructions of the Plaentiia PD. Obviousle my daughter cards and CDL were in the car that they would not give her access to (note that the only bold print on the cuprits building was VISA<MASTER CARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS..I later looked at their website which also boldly advertising that they acept these credit cards. Fortunately I had the cash on me that day.(Note that credit card comppanies take a small percentage of the fee for processing( IE-anaheim towing gets more money if it's paid in cash.) we then waited over a half aan hor and I again reequested their names . They responded " we are unable to give out our names "Per Placentia police Dept.". I believe this to be lie and if not a clear violation of due process. Approximately 45 to 55 minutes in ,a mail gave us a reciept. they did not sign the reciept and stated that they were precluded from signing the reciept ( a blatent misreresentaon0 the female then insisted that my daughter show her california drivers licence saying "I cannot give you aess without your california drivers licence" her CDL was,naturally in the vehicle she was prevented to retreve due to their acions. finally they said they would go to the car and retreave the CDL. which they did ,but didn't inform us of that fat until I demended to know status.. Them a lot of time passed and I enquired about the delay. Finally the female came ansked me to sign the reciept,which I did. I then requested that one of them needs to signor copy of the reciept. They refsed saying ( we are precluded from signing the reciept by Placentia PD. I then inqired by calling Placentia PD and asked for help. Upon hearing me make the call they proceeded faster. Then the Gate was opened and a man came to get,I supposed both me and my daghter, to get access to the vehicle. however he would let me go in and help her because OF PLACENTIA POLICE PROTACAL HE CLOSED THE GATE BEHING HIM AND MY DAUGHTER PROCEEDED TO EXPRESS TO HER (MY DAUGHTER) THAT i WAS WAY OUT OF LINE ON THIS.TO WHICH SHE REPLIES THAT i HAD BEEN AS CALM AS POSSIBE AND VIRTUALY HAVE NO TEMPER. AFTER ALLOWING HER ONE TRIP TO TAKE THINGS OUT OF THE CAR HE TOLD US THAT HE WOULD TALK TO HER. wE LEFT AND MY DAGHTES OPINION OF LAW INFERCEMENT HAS TAKEN A NOSE DIVE. PLACENTIA pd WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL THOUGHOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE WAS COURTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST anaheim Fulleron tow and the 2 employees that violated to such an amazing extent.I believe thier actions constitute extortioncal PC 518 et. all. Who else has had troubble v-workind the Anaheim fullerton Tow. so sad that people like this exist in his world.Pay extra to have your vehicccccci someehere oththerthst this joke of a company-- Michsel Meyer
Money hungry thieves want to charge $75 to go inside my car to get my registration. Website says its open 24 hrs and when I got there they told me its after hours. Miseed lead information needs to be changed. Just got out of the hospital and need to deal with this nonsense!
All I can say is Dee and Bill were so amazing! Dee was so nice and very caring. I couldn't be more pleased. Getting in an accident is hard enough. Glad I had the best of the best helping me with my car. If I could id give this place ten stars!

Employees were very friendly and made it easy to get the stuff left in my car after an accident. One of the employees was really good about using gender neutral pronouns! They also made sure I didn't forget to give permission for the car to be released to the insurance.

If your car gets towed, they won’t allow you to grab anything out of it. My truck got towed while I was hiding Christmas gifts. I needed my diabetic bag that’s right in the center console and they denied me access. Other tow companies allow the owner of the car to go inside and retrieve items. This is a very cold company. Aside from that, I was quoted $450 that night to take the truck out and then $330 the next morning. Maybe there’s a reason for that, but it’s bizarre.
Night Star Towing should be put out of business. They drive around my community and not only have they taken cars from peoples property, they also speed past speed bumps and do not stop at stop signs. So many people in the community have the same complaint. I have the name of one of the drivers and the license plate, I will be making a police report.

Can I give this no stars? Two guys were in one truck in my neighborhood and I told my neighbor to come outside before he took his car unloading groceries they both followed me while walking to the store telling me stuff all mad. This company hires nothing but wannabe thugs no professionals at all!
Tow truck was driving around looking for a car to tow. I left my car for ten minutes and it was gone. My son came in running saying some one stole our car. That is wrong no signs were posted about no parking
