Dean has done a few tows for me and always makes it an easy process for something that can easily be stressful. He responds, shows up when he says, and gets your car where it needs to go. I can't recommend him enough.
Fast, affordable and professional. I called Dean this morning to pick-up my truck and he was here in 15 minutes. He towed it to the mechanic for me, sent me a picture of it dropped off and e-mailed me an invoice. If you need a tow, call Dean.
Super easy towing experience. Showed up fast and towed my car efficiently and safely. Will recommend to family and friends
I've used Dean a few times and he's my "go to" guy when it comes to towing. He's incredibly easy to work with, easy to contact, responds quickly, and is very dependable. Also, his pricing is incredibly competitive with others in this space. He took great care of my SUV and my fancy sports car, like they were his own. And he's a nice guy, easy to talk to and work with.
Incredible service. Chose a towing company at random and was lucky to have reached Dean. Life saver!

Quick and awesome service.. very professional yet it felt like an old friend doing you a favor. I will definitely tell all my friends and family.
They were quick when I called them. Came and pick up the car within 30mins like they said. Thank you so much!
I had the best experience with A's towing spoke with Abimael, he was very patient with me and very kind. He knew I was stressed out with my car situation but put me at ease and informed me that everything was gonna be okay, and a tow truck would be there quickly. And he wasn't kidding. They were there within 10 minutes. Safely delivered my car to it's destination. And to make everything even better, the price was very affordable. I 100% recommend this business.
Junior was the best! You can tell he knew stuff- even I was suprised! Was in a pickle dealing with a down car that wouldn't start and was stuck in gear- he was able to load and unload it like a true pro!

They took forever to pick up my car, to be exact 4 1/2 hours.. don't waste your time with them. Maybe the other reviews the owners wrote them or the drivers.

I called two other tow companies here in town and they gave me ETA’s but NEVER showed up. Called safe towing, told me they would arrive in 30 mins and they got their on the DOT! Very grateful for their service
Tried to get a tow through our phone service. Setup with one hour wait. Two hours passed, tried calling and it went to voice-mail with a full mailbox. Never showed up even after trying to resubmit the call.
Tonight I was in a tough situation with my car and my breaks. Safe Towing came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more happier. The dispatch lady informed me every step of the way of the estimated time of arrival and followed through with that timeline. She was the sweetest! Not only that my insurance didn’t inform them I needed a flat bed for the tow and they said no problem. He went to the yard and switched to the flat bed to assist me. My driver Brandon was awesome! He was very kind and attentive to what I needed to get my car home safely. I feel blessed to of crossed paths with this company! I highly recommend their service for all your towing needs.
Super great customer service! Best roadside experience I've ever experienced... Thanks guys!!!
Excellent service ! Very reliable, Brandon has great custom service. Would definitely recommend this company!

Guy needs to watch how he talks to people gonna catch the wrong one, one of these days.
David is an idiot and for everyone that has complaints or have been wronged in this "company" here is his licence
Very very good costumer service, my car wouldn’t start when I picked up my car from the tow yard and he helped me get it going , he was busy with other things and still helped me out .
Terrible customer service and obvious money grab since they don't hesitate to take people out of parking spots they own and admit to not making sure the car belongs in the spot it is left in. This company needs to be looked into because whenever someone tries to get answers it's met with anger and hostility then a price increase.
When I called DMG they answered on the first ring. Gave me info how to get my car and had someone at yard in a timely manner. David was very understanding and informative. Thank you David for great service!

Awesome job
Best Tow company around, they have helped me out many of times, doesn't matter where you are at or what time it is.Very affordable prices, with positive attitudes.
My grandsons car was towed from his apartment complex. So I spoke to the young man over phone and made arrangements to get it back. He was kind and helpful.
If you get your car towed by these guys, prepare to have your items stolen. Unprofessional.

I called this company to let them know about one of their drivers that I saw run a red light very late in a company truck which nearly caused a bad accident in Fresno near Ashland Ave and 99. Looking at the other reviews, I am not the first person to notice this behavior from this company. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. His immediate response was literally, “Ok, cool”. Very shady vibes. If I ever need a tow, lockout etc this will be the last company I contact and I will be reporting them the to BBB.
The police took my car for a night and this towing they never answer to make an appointment to go pick it up it says it cause they wanna charge your extra days you show up right there and they never there Now I keep calling and the mailbox is full I can’t leave no more messages
Car got stolen from the front of my house. Thieves ditched it in the middle of the road as opposed to being on the side of the road. As a result, the tow yard made me pay more for that. The cost to get the vehicle out of their lot was greater than the cost of the vehicle itself. So sadly, it only made sense for me to surrender the vehicle. Now, that's not the problem. The problem is that they don't seem to really care or empathize about any of their clientele. If a dude who just had his car stolen walks in, the least they could do is kind of guide them through the process of what DMV paperwork to fill out. Now, on top of dealing with this, I had to go to the Police Department to get a copy of the report to give to DMV (that costs $15) because they sent me to collections over the vehicle I no longer have and surrendered to the Tow Yard. The Notice of Release of Reliability Should've been filled out then and there and submitted shortly after. Apparently, it wasn't and when I called and asked about it kindly, they were just very unhelpful. Like, I get you guys have nothing to do between my interactions between myself and the DMV, but you can help by making clients aware of that process or just giving friendly reminders. The very short tone in their voice is a dead giveaway, the sentiment that comes off is, 'I don't have time to deal with you right now and I need to get off the phone with you.' Very rude.
5 stars. 💪🙌👏🙏💯😻 Lost my kitten in my vehicle during an accident and they found him and returned him promptly. 5stars 5stars.5 stars nothing less than 5 stars.
When I called Johnson Brothers towing, they told me they were out and weren’t able to assist me. He told me to call him back in 2 hours to see if he would be available. I work full time and I don’t have time to be calling to see if they are available or not. They are a business and they should be available during regular business hours. I shouldn’t have to be calling to see if he’s available or not. I called him at 4:15 and asked if I would be able to pick up my car and he told me I called him too late and he wouldn’t be able to help me because he was out completing a task and wouldn’t be back in time for me to pick up my car. He said next time I have to make an appointment. They close at 5pm!!! I told him, I didn’t care if he was there or not, I was going to pick up my car. When I showed up, there was another guy there and he was able to help me. I figured out he “wasn’t able to help me” because if he wasn’t there when I picked up my car, he wouldn’t be able to get the percentage of the sale. My car was stolen and I still had to deal with this!! The man told me I needed to have the most recent registration on hard or else I wouldn’t be able to get my car. From my understanding, registration cards are usually in the glove compartment of all cars, in case you get pulled over by a cop. I said no problem, and I walked outside to where my car was, unlocked it and got my registration. When he told me the amount I owed, he said I owed two nights even though the vehicle was only left there one night. He said “it will be $360 and I said okay and handed him my debit card and he replied “That was easy, I should’ve said $500” that’s extremely unprofessional to say to someone that just got their car stolen. WATCH out for them!!! The reason they make it so difficult is so you are forced to pay an additional over night fee. Trying to help whoever I can with this post.
