Dean was was professional and prompt. He came at the time given and text me when he was on his way and when he was at my house. He was quick and price was cheaper than all others that I called. I would recommend and use him again in the future.
Dean was fast, deliberate, and helpful during the tow service. He even jumped my car so that I could move it where I wanted after dropping me off. Will recommend him to friends going forward!
I've used Dean a few times and he's my "go to" guy when it comes to towing. He's incredibly easy to work with, easy to contact, responds quickly, and is very dependable. Also, his pricing is incredibly competitive with others in this space. He took great care of my SUV and my fancy sports car, like they were his own. I am having a really crappy 2025 and to top it off my car wouldn't start outside my work! I called Sergio and he was able to swing by and pick up my POS. He was quick and extremely skilled at maneuvering my car on and off the bed. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service. Was on time and quick towing my vehicle would definitely call again.
My wife and I were on our way home from a trip down south when we had both of our front tires get a blowout. Even worse it was in the middle of the night and we couldn't find anyone to tow us home to Modesto. We tried calling Llanos Towing but they were closed at the time, BUT as soon as they opened they called us immediately. We explained our situation and Daniel was on his way in no time to save us and take us home, no questions asked. Thank you so much to Daniel who drove us so far out of his way and got us home. We will forever be thankful. You guy are life savers!

Javier was awesome. He showed up in less than half the time compared to what AAA quoted me. I was on a strict time crunch and had to get to my destination by 8 PM. Javier drove safely, loaded my truck up quickly and even went above and beyond, stopping first at Home Depot so I could rent a vehicle, then following me to the Ford Dealership. If it wasn't for his efforts, I would have been unable to get a rental truck and would have missed my work scheduled to begin first thing in the morning. I appreciated his professionalism, his easy conversation, and his quick diagnosis of what my likely issue was (Broken CV axle). Hope to never have to use his service again, way to go Javier!! These guys are heroes in reflective gear. We found ourselves in a precarious situation (stuck on a soft shoulder of loose gravel on a steep incline) at 7:30/8pm and they rushed to our aid from Fresno (we are in Oakhurst). When I called they reassured me with great confidence that they have the right equipment to pull us out, which was exactly what I needed to hear. The gentlemen helping were friendly and made us feel at ease. Our group was extremely impressed with their knowledge. The only thing missing was their capes.
Great company! Called them up around 9ish at night when my brother's truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. They told me that they will be arriving in 30 minutes and they sure did. Their price was also very reasonable! J&M Towing is now saved in my contacts.

Called 2 other towing companies before Memo's, quoted $125+ per hour and a 2 hour wait and several calls. Memo's did it for a lot less and showed up in 20 minutes and in one call. Courteous and friendly, extremely professional. Will use again and tell all my friends.

This was the second time I've had to get a tow this year, and Bulldog was helpful both times, responding quickly. My partner also dropped an item and left it behind in the truck and they were very helpful in finding it so that we could pick it up.
We had a Mercedes sprinter van that needed to be delivered to Chino from Fresno. Bulldog from the start of starting the appointment to tow was awesome. Customer service reps were precise and communication was excellent. The driver Tom went out of his way to send us pics of drop off and communicated extremely well. I must mention they had the best prices in their area. I would recommend them to anyone and our business does a lot of business in their area and will definitely use them again.
My car get stolen these people ask me to take my car to their place telling it better. Told me to come get my car the motor is in it. It's was just the shell left. I paid $400 get my car back. They had it for 1 hour. they were upset I didn't want them to tow it back home which would cost another $400. I call a different tow truck who charge only $40 . Like other reviews here says. They work with the police.

Had roadside service through Verizon, this was the fastest and best roadside people yet.
They took forever to pick up my car, to be exact 4 1/2 hours.. don't waste your time with them. Maybe the other reviews the owners wrote them or the drivers.
Driver was on time and did a great job!

The worst place. They steal your personal belongings so make sure you don't leave anything in your vehicle. I wouldn't even give them a star to rate them to bad we have no other choice. These people are thieves.

Dont answer phone been waiting for them to rescue me and my car but they no care to pick up my care or even answer my call
Not good. Not good. Original ETA was 40 minutes. Waited 3 hrs and never picked up the phone. Had to cancel and call another service.

My car was towed by DMG Towing because tires were inches over white line in my complex $600.00 to get my car How can this be legal? City of Fresno is aware of their predatory practices but do nothing about it they are rude and thieves
Very very good costumer service, my car wouldn’t start when I picked up my car from the tow yard and he helped me get it going , he was busy with other things and still helped me out .
My car was tow this morning and I called right away and got a responda of where my car was. David was very helpful letting me know what log my car was in. Very fast and friendly service.

maybe you should get a real job instead of scoping out college housing and especially considering the parking lot is BARE. im missing work because of you people not even giving a call or making the apartment complex aware. i haven’t even stepped foot in your establishment but just wait because i have words for you! how pathetic edit: got here dude asked how i was doing i said “not great” in a sarcastic voice because obviously im not doing great im missing work and im stranded with no family in fresno to help me deal with this guy and i have a 3 pound chihuahua with me along with a 40 pound crate?? my family lives an hour away? did you expect me to come up here excited that i had to figure out what happened to my car, where do i even find the car, how do i get to the car and how do i even get it back? dude got mad i was being sarcastic with him and drove off 😂 kept saying “try me” “im doing you a favor cause i don’t have to be here right now” and telling me he was going to call my mom since she’s the owner of the vehicle. why don’t you call my dad and talk to me the way you were talking to me and see how that goes cause not even my dad speaks to me that way. i have the entire interaction on video and im continuing to record for my safety due to how this grown man was acting towards a 19 year old girl. he must’ve really needed the $400 🤣 put it towards a college degree or a trade so you can find a real job instead of looking for vulnerable people to pay your bills as these reviews are saying. luckily $400 is a penny to me xoxoxo

Rude !!!
My grandsons car was towed from his apartment complex. So I spoke to the young man over phone and made arrangements to get it back. He was kind and helpful.
Be careful with these guys they like to steal out of the cars
$600 for less than an hr worth of service. Was on lunch when my car was towed, went directly to get my car. They charged $285 for the tow, $100 special equipment (my car is a Corolla), $65 for a day storage, $142 because I came during their lunch between 12-1 pm. This is unlawful, I will be reporting them to the FPD for as well as the better business bureau. The owner wouldn't even show his face.

I wouldn’t even give them one star ! Every time I call them to find out information on my car the guy tells me to call him back in about an hour and when I do they don’t answer. Very unprofessional
The police took my car for a night and this towing they never answer to make an appointment to go pick it up it says it cause they wanna charge your extra days you show up right there and they never there Now I keep calling and the mailbox is full I can’t leave no more messages
Absolutely the WORST, MOST expensive tow company I have ever had the misery of dealing with. They should be ashamed of themselves. Truly
Car got stolen from the front of my house. Thieves ditched it in the middle of the road as opposed to being on the side of the road. As a result, the tow yard made me pay more for that. The cost to get the vehicle out of their lot was greater than the cost of the vehicle itself. So sadly, it only made sense for me to surrender the vehicle. Now, that's not the problem. The problem is that they don't seem to really care or empathize about any of their clientele. If a dude who just had his car stolen walks in, the least they could do is kind of guide them through the process of what DMV paperwork to fill out. Now, on top of dealing with this, I had to go to the Police Department to get a copy of the report to give to DMV (that costs $15) because they sent me to collections over the vehicle I no longer have and surrendered to the Tow Yard. The Notice of Release of Reliability Should've been filled out then and there and submitted shortly after. Apparently, it wasn't and when I called and asked about it kindly, they were just very unhelpful. Like, I get you guys have nothing to do between my interactions between myself and the DMV, but you can help by making clients aware of that process or just giving friendly reminders. The very short tone in their voice is a dead giveaway, the sentiment that comes off is, 'I don't have time to deal with you right now and I need to get off the phone with you.' Very rude.
The police took my car on a Tuesday morning & this towing never answer to make an appointment to go pick it up & didn't want to let me pick it during after hours !!! They just wanted to charge me for 4 days extra days!!! Worst part was they act they don't have a phone to answer me!! AND IT WAS CRAZY EXPENSIVE FOR 4 DAYS ($1300)
