My tire blew up on the freeway and I was lucky I called this company. The tower arrived on time. He made sure that we got into his truck safely on a busy road. Pick up was fast and easy. He took extra care while dropping off the car to not damage anything. And most importantly, he charged me half the price that other tower quoted me! I hope I won’t get into an accident any time soon, but if I do, I know what towing company I’ll call.
I had a flat tire, needed Tow the car to Dublin. First time caller, Shabir came out within 30 min. Picked up my car delivered to auto shop in Dublin. He was professional and very friendly. Excellent service. I highly recommend this Towing company.

I got a flat Saturday 6:30pm on a hilly road in Portola Valley. It was downhill so I needed a professional to do it. The insurance company made several calls and no other providers wanted to come. They eventually found Shabir, who’s out of their network, 4 hours later. Shabir called, confirmed location, and assured me that he’d be coming for sure. He arrived by 11:30pm, was very friendly, patient and efficient. I was very grateful that a provider like him was willing to drive out from Fremont to the peninsula and to a hilly area on a Saturday night so I could go home.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Central Towing at 36849 San Pedro Dr, Fremont, CA, and it was hands-down the worst towing experience of my life. From start to finish, everything about this company screamed unprofessionalism, and the lady at the front desk was the cherry on top of this nightmare. My car broke down late at night, and I called Central Towing because they claim to offer “24/7 reliable service.” Big mistake. The front desk lady who answered was unbelievably rude from the moment she picked up the phone. She spoke to me like I was wasting her time, snapping at me when I tried to explain my situation. Her tone was condescending, and she barely let me get a word in before cutting me off with a huff. I was already stressed out, stranded on the side of the road, and her attitude made it ten times worse. When I finally got to their office to sort out the paperwork, it only got worse. The same woman at the front desk was just as awful in person. She rolled her eyes when I asked basic questions about the towing fees and acted like I was an idiot for not understanding their confusing pricing. She was short-tempered, dismissive, and didn’t even try to hide her annoyance. Customer service? Nonexistent. It’s like she went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome. The towing service itself wasn’t any better. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when I got the bill, it was nearly double what they promised. When I tried to ask the front desk lady about the discrepancy, she practically barked at me, saying, “That’s just how it is!” No explanation, no apology, just pure hostility. The driver was late, the truck looked like it was falling apart, and they took forever to get my car to the shop. I felt completely taken advantage of. I’ve read other reviews about Central Towing’s predatory pricing and rude staff, and I wish I’d seen them before calling these people. This company is a disgrace to the towing industry. Save yourself the headache and avoid Central Towing at all costs—especially if you don’t want to deal with the horrible lady at the front desk who seems to hate her job and everyone she interacts with. Never again
Manage a fleet of 53 vehicles and would only recommend Central Towing. Response time is fast; dispatcher always provides realistic estimate on when they will arrive (doesn't promise 30 minutes and show up 120 minutes later). Trucks are always in top condition, have ridden in them. Have used 5 times in the last 2 years and price is always reasonable. I trust my fleet with Central.
Art was my angel tonight. After, waiting 2.5 hours for incompetent companies. Art, picked me up miles from my car in very cold weather and assisted me in gaining access to my vehicle. Art made the whole experience very comfortable and secure - Even made sure my car was running before he left. Thanks Art!

They live up to their name. It truly was quick towing. My BMW got a flat from hitting a pothole on the 880 at 9pm. Karim showed up 15 minutes later with a flatbed and towed my car to Santa Clara. Everything went smooth, it was good experience with great service.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Not understanding or accommodating at all to people from out of town.
I had a flat and contacted AAA. They contacted Blackburn to come and change my tire. Approximate wait time was 40 min but they were there in 20!! My donut was all the way flat once Tyler put it on. He didn't have air on his truck to fill it. So his boss...I didn't catch the name...came and filled my donut for me. They were both extremely kind and I'm so thankful for their help. Thanks again!!
They pulled me 10 feet with a chain and charged me 90 DOLLARS to hook a chain to my car and pull me 10 feet my driver was nice but when the owner showed up he was rude and made his rate up as he went.Would never use again plenty of other towing services with better customer service

My car was impounded when trying to confirm if it was at this lot the person on the phone was rude unprofessional and gave no info. Places like this should not do business for county impound services what so ever.

They are abusing the customer. The guy he was helping us with the car was so rude , yelling and screaming on us. I called the office she was so rude too instant off helping us. She told us go complain to ever you want and hung up the phone. I called them again no response.
They we're accommodating, courteous, and efficient.
Purposely difficult to work with. Multiple calls to them, multiple time they stated they did not have our vehicle. Only after informing them our vehicles are GPS tracked and it shows to be at their location did they find it on their lot. They charged storage fees in the process.
