Very professional, punctual and great pricing. Definitely recommend!!!
I had a flat tire today on the freeway. While I was calling for roadside assistant with my insurance, Affordable Towing showed up out of nowhere!!! He stopped and ask if I needed help. I believe God sent him down the same freeway at that time so he can help me. He was able to tow my car to a safe place and changed my tire. It all took less than 15 min and I was on my way. Thank you so much for showing up and helping me or else I would have been stuck all alone on the side of the freeway for who knows how long. Please call him if you need any roadside services. Highly recommended!!
Sam was friendly, honest, and professional. I needed a tow and he arrived in about 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable and he made (what could’ve been) a very stressful experience extremely smooth and hassle-free!
Had a flat tire and Shabir recommended to swap it out with my spare tire. I wanted to learn how to do it myself and he kindly showed me how to do it!Thank you Shabir!
It was a great experience with Affordable Towing & Roadside Service. I talk to shabir very nice guy. Price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. This guy was super professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for towing in the Bay Area. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

Just called them for a stuck ignition. The gentleman was honest and told me to call a locksmith to help. High integrity. Thanks!
Quick service at a reasonable cost. Recently my car was involved in an accident that rendered it undriveable. I had called these guys and they arrived in 20 minutes, had the car loaded in 5 minutes and paid via credit card over the phone and was sent a receipt via text. Thanks for the painless experience.
Lost my stuff that was in my vehicle. Had no explanation where it went.
The guy that helped me was sooo friendly and nice and was super fast at unlocking my car for me. And very affordable:) oh and they came very fast !! Definitely recommend

Johnathan was friendly and provided timely service. Much appreciated
worst worst worst experience Got flat tire on the fast line of the highway, park right next to the fast line, too narrow and dangerous to change the tire…so we have to call a towing service. The representative told us 45 minutes to wait the towing car. They asked us the credit info to avoid cancellation, I can understand that. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, we are still waiting… Then, The police showed up and said we cannot stay here anymore since it is so dangerous. We have to drive to a safer location. So we moved and broke the hubs. After all of this, the towing company still not showing up… We call to cancel the service they said they want to charge us the cancellation fee. Ok
Nothing but graet job by lee this mornig. After i got stuck on the freeway with flat tire
Guy came out to take care of a car that had a stuck ignition to a service center where I had an appointment. The car was at a weird angle next to a trailer, which was no issue. He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service, would recommend.
The tow truck driver was so nice and helpful. He worked quickly and carefully and gave me good advice about the service location for my car.

Got impounded by them back in '06. Been using them ever since. Good ole Jerry; i hope they keep washing your truck
Very professional driver. Arrived on time and handled my Tesla with kid gloves. Very grateful.
Accidentally locked my keys in the Van. Called Geico and they estimated 1 hour for Two to get there and unlock it. Next thing I know. It's 20 minutes and the guys there. Ryan, I believe his name was. Got me unlocked ASAP and was very friendly. I've seen some bad reviews here from before. Maybe they made changes or something. All I can say is that it was a good experience for me over all.
Showed up quickly, was fair when determining his hours spent, and took very careful care of my car. I would be happy to use them again in the future, should I ever need to.
After communicating with the owner, Quinn, I have updated my review from 1 star to 3. He was able to explain what happened with the missing tire. Seems like the program needs some improvements, so this doesn’t happen again. Idk who, if either conpany is “at fault.” I was planning to give a 5 star review after getting my Tesla tire replaced yesterday 3/16. However at the dealership they did not have my tire & wheel that your company took and was supposed to return within 2 days! Your company claims to have never done my job/service. You claim to not have my flat tire & wheel. Very suspicious & not trustworthy. I had a flat on th 3/2 during evening commute hours. A man from your company came & took off my flat. He told me it was not repairable & needed to be replaced. He reminded me to set up service appt with Tesla. He was nice and helpful. He put on a loaner Tesla tire. I don’t know if he or the company has my flat tire & wheel, but someone is lying from this business. I find it so interesting that I revived a text to review your business, yet you claim that you didn’t provide a service….

Around 2:15am for a tow truck service around that time if they are open 24 hours and this was the first call I made and within less then 30min I got my service and the person who name who answer my call name Max was very helpful and guide me to a very friendly helper name Shabir. He help me to a safe location and was with me through out the whole time. I am very thankful and blessed for the service that were provided. I am very satisfied of the time consuming and the liability given from this quick tow service. I would like to say thank you very much. You guys are dependable.
quick towing I recommend it Mohammad Alfi, a man with a very big heart, he opened my car very quickly and did not want to charge alone He said whatever you like, who would do that, no one, the truth is, may God give health and long life to Mohammad Alfi, the great man
the owner max came and picked me up one night when I broke down on ca-84. AAA didn't want to guick me up so quick towing was outsourced, very good customer service and very fast, I will use them again in the future!

Flat tire at 4AM. Called Geico who sent Blackburn. Now I live in Omaha and according to Geico no one else would answer except for Blackburn! Glad they did! Their ETA was an hour he was here in probably 45 minutes. Fantastic experience!! The guy who came out was awesome!! Friendly very personable and quick!!
Driver was perfect , communication and was very helpful , reason it’s 1 star is to whatever girl is on that phone is not valid customer service sounded like she had a attitude n was not helpful at all in asking questions .
Went to pick up a friends vehicle and dropped an envelope of cash and thank God they had it when I called a couple of days later, very nice and honest people!
Good people. Helped me get a excavator out of a lake. If your in area and need tow, call them!
Last night while i was loading my groceries in my trunk at walmart i accidentally locked my keys in my car with my daughter inside. I was obviously panicked and called them and the driver was there within 10 mins. Extremely nice and had the car unlocked within seconds. Will use them everytime from now on and so will my family!

Worst tow company in the Bay Area charges $90 a day and closed both Saturday and Sunday so you can’t go anything stay far away from them if possible
9 can I say it's a tow company actually did help with wonderful Geico 😄 that had my VIN number confused what was wrong wit hat used to want to play
they just don't like releasing people's vehicle, they like to hold them and charge them, poor customer service, unprofessional and rude owner, the guy in front desk was trying to work things out but he needed permission from owner.
Found out my car got towed so i called them and ask if I can bail my car out, he said I can wait by the gate then he calls me before I get there and tells me the driver went to a police call and the he never showed up!!! Waited hour and half my precious time, the next day picked up my car was $180 more than last night. I assume they did this on purpose, towing companies are brutal. When I went to get my car, the owner put 2 x's with whiteout on my front bumper, which I'm pretty sure that's vandalism but I'm guessing the owner of ooma is a spiteful white female so the cops won't do a thing.
I came to take care of my business they close @ 5 I got here I was told from staff staff he needs be off at 3 I’ve arrived 2:50 to put pressure on me it’s not my fault their are short staffed I’ve called here twice befire hand I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs now for a staff to help me they don’t care abut it’s like they want to keep on getting charged their slow on customer service but REAL QUICK TO GET YOUR MONEY SMH
