Highly recommend, driver was very professional on time and helpful. (Juan) was willing to answer any questions and provided 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for all your hard work during this difficult time.🙏😊
Louis was very polite and very helpful, He was right on it of picking up our vehicle and dropping it off in very timely way. We were very impressed.
I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the gentleman who came to tow my car. Not only was he professional, friendly, and incredibly patient, but he also went above and beyond by double-checking my battery to see if that was the issue preventing my car from starting. Thanks to his quick thinking, the problem was resolved right there on the spot! It’s not every day you encounter such thoughtful and dedicated service. This young man truly represented your towing company in the best possible way, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you again for such a positive and helpful interaction!
I was lucky enough to get the team leader Martin dispatched to me for my truck. Really good customer service, road side assistance was on point and on time when they said the driver would arrive. Highly recommended for any of your towing needs.!
The driver, and tow company were amazing. The wait time was less then 30 minutes. I would definitely use the service again. The driver was a blessing.

I would highly recommend Rumbas Towing, very good price with great service. Julian said they would get to us in 20 minutes and he was there in 15 minutes when all other tow services said it would be at least an hour for double the price. If I need tows in the future I will definitely use Rumbas towing.
I needed a battery jump and they were able to help me in literally under 30 mins. They gave me pricing for jump and tow. Saving their number in my phone for if I need help again
We needed service to retrieve the keys left inside of our car around 4am and we got service very promptly at a great price. I would highly recommend and would use their service again! Thank you!
Great towing company Julian was really helpful and gave me a great affordable price! Will be using them from now on and referring them to friends and family. They showed up pretty quick to my location. Thanks again! Mike J
Great service! My friends truck got locked and he came in 5min and got it opened.

Awesome service! Alan was very nice, helpful, and gave good suggestions & advice about my car. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Tell your friends!😁😊
Excellent service, very quick and efficient. And a very sociable and kind driver.
Very professional. On time. My truck is lowered and was going to be a difficult tow but he was experienced and handled it no problem. Will definitely use him again and recommend to others.
Best in the business. Only towing service I’d use, especially if you have a lowered vehicle. Alan went above & beyond with his business and it shows.

Continental came thru for me big time after my tire was gone with a hole . One of their drivers came to get me as he was finishing his shift and another employee also came to the yard to change my tire. Top notch service, if you need a tow call them if your in the fontana area
This is the first time ever in my whole entire life I’ve seen a woman working for AAA. Adriana let me just say,”THIS COMPANY HIT THE JACKPOT WHEN THEY HIRED YOU!” Customer Sevice 💯 Mannerism 💯 Work Ethic 💯💯💯💯 you can tell she love doing her job! She popped my car door open faster than I answered my phone to tell my husband she has already arrived. Thank You Adriana you are amazing and no doubt You Shine girl.
I WANNA GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO ADRIANNA ME MY SISTER AND BABY WAS STUCK IN MONROVIA, SHE MADE SURE WE WERE SAFE AND ABLE TO SAFELY DRIVE THE VEHICLE, THE SERVICE WAS AMZING AND IM TRULY GRATEFUL BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER RECEIVED, I WAS STRESSED AND WORRIED SHE TOOK THAT FEELING AWAY WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT SAFELY HOME THANK YOU
Fraudsters. The vehicle was parked in an empty parking lot. After returning 25 minutes later, the vehicle was opened inexplicably, removed with a brake and taken away by a tow truck, After which this company demanded to pay $ 1840 to take the vehicle from their parking lot. This company is scammers and robbers which penetrate into private property!
Truly life saving! Kris was extremely helpful in a dire situation and these are the kind of employees and business you need around the area. Reliable and has my business - a grateful small business owner.

Bought an 2007 ford focus 250k miles from a auction they had last year in july paid $800 for the car mechanically speaking it had motor mounts nd power steering issue fix that bd in the truck was loaded w an tattoo kit nd a desktop sold whatever was in the trunk nd got half my money bk
I attended thier car auction. They would not allow customers to look at the engine, inspect the vehicle, or even check the mileage. So I decided to ask for a manager out of curiosity. His response was that it is company policy. Well, being an entrepreneur myself, I sat and thought about it for awhile and the only conclusion that I was able to come up with was- they want you to pay more than the vehicle is worth so they are essentially trying to work as a car dealership. However, at least car dealerships show you what their selling you. Mr. Pepe, shame on you.
I called just to get some help on changing a tire and was promised 40 minutes but it took a driver more than double that to reach me just 5 miles from the office and they were gonna charge me $70. a random guy stopped and said he would switch our tire for $40 so i cancelled the service before he even got to me and i was on my way in 10 minutes
**CORRECTION** Its not a dirt lot. Cars are still being moved around a crowded lot with a forklift. Greedy and shady. I'm not accusing but I wouldn't doubt that peoples cars get damaged here and this disgusting place gets no consequence. Based off of experience, I can only say that Carmen was kind, helpful and honest despite the inconvenience of the matter. However, $668 for 3 1/2 days. The rest of you can try to hide behind your "professional" verbal usage through your posted responses all you want. This business is strictly "take all we can" and they know it and come off proud of it. You have to have no compassion or heart to charge these rates to people who can barely survive in this economy. EVIL GREED. P.S. They won't let you go in the back even supervised (at first) to locate your registration. Funny how mine went missing and THEN they allowed me to go back there and look for it. No surprise, it's magically gone. Had to go spend another $27 to get a copy and come back with 3 minutes before 5PM. Would of had to pay another $77 to pick it up the next day.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Awful company. I hope my HOA finds a new towing company because your employees are absolutely rude and nasty. The first dispatcher, Gina would not give me any information and told me to call back in 10 minutes. Your dispatchers are completely unprofessional and the same individual hung up on me twice within 15 seconds. He said and I quote "we're in the business to make money" and wouldn't answer a simple question. Unbelievably frustrating.

Worst towing company ever! Bunch of sell outs!
Well to start the female I'm assuming it's a female by the sound of her voice is very rude and not understanding at all. Came here with my spouse to get some things out of her car after a really bad wreck. My spouse can hardly walk never the less able to bend. They said only she can enter the tow yard to retrieve her belongings. I stated that she has a hard time bending over and that if it was ok for me to assist her and of course they denied my request. They do have a gentleman watching her retrieve her so I'm sure if they are concerned with someone steeling something it would not be the case. This place has a bunch of bad reviews I'm. Sure this one is just one more to the collection.
The only saving grace is their tow truck drivers. The service and attitude of all staff, especially the "old guy" is the horrible. Felt like I was treated like. Criminal and took advantage of my vulnerability to charge their crazy rates and hours! Absolutely no customer service.... like trying to work with the mob or a street gang. The worst towing company I've dealt in over 30 years!
I think because I'm a female the dude racked up the price to take my care out. Tree days later I get a notice that the fine was 300 less than what he said. And he was rude.
My battery died at my house, I called AAA, and Armada Towing came out and replaced my battery! The technician they sent out was very polite and nice, He didn't have my particular battery and had to go get one. He called me to let me know when He would be back. Thank you so much!

I like how thee customer service was very efficient even though I couldn't keep my vehicle she had a lovely voice was sure whom thee vehicle belonged to was prompt with papers and assisted my husband to thee right procedures Of hpw to handle obtaining my car for himself thank had since I am a loser.
My husband died in 2021 and I sold my house in glen avon ca I had some people to help me clear stuff out of my house they saw a BMW street bike that my husband was going to fix and clean up to sell. They ask if they could have it I said ok because I didn't have anything to do with it. Well I just got a letter saying I owe this tow company. They can have this bike and good luck in trying to get anything for it. I don't want it.
The tow technicians drive around apartment complex and hook cars then charge 100 to "unhook" you. if you are slow to run out of your apartment and let them pocket the 100, they tow you to their shop where they will then charge you $475. Rip offs
Excellent Service
