I spoke with Martin from Alone Towing after struggling to have my insurance find a towing company for me. He was very professional and answered my call right away even though it was almost midnight. My car was on the side of the freeway and he was able to get there quickly and efficiently to hook up my vehicle and tow it to my house. I have used their service once before and I’m glad that they are still reliable at anytime of the day.

We needed a tow for someone in dire need that was far away from us. Today's business world is full of pragmatists. Luckily we got Alan, someone with patience and a kind heart who went above and beyond for us. My Grandfather was a tow man for 50 years helping people in need, going beyond for people in need was his mission in life and it went beyond towing. That tradition continues in people like Alan. Just went there to unload my sister's car. I believe ladies name was Linda or Theresa not sure but very nice people here. I wasn't aware that Mr. Acosta had passed on. I can't write a book here but back in the 70's or 80's can't remember Mr. Acosta owner who started it all helped my great grandfather out of a pickle once. My great grandfather spoke very highly of Mr. Acosta & glad that it has still progressed. I see Pepe's all the time excellent crew here.
They talk alot of shit in Spanish. And r very mean And unprofessional. My tow truck borke down in there lot and they keep yelling at me in Spanish so i told them i don't understand wat they r saying so they called the cops saying i was starting fights
I called to ask if I would be able to pick up my vehicle after it was towed, and was met with a man who had the most disgusting attitude. He refused to tell me how much I would have to pay and told me that I could call back in the morning since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until then. After a bit of arguing back and forth I told him that I just wanted a rough estimate so I could go prepared in the morning, he responded back in the most annoyed and unprofessional tone, “give me a minute since you just have to know right now.” I will definitely be filing a formal complaint when I pick up my vehicle in the morning because an establishment treating people this way is unacceptable.
They take money from people under any pretext. When you towed my car for no reasonable reason, after four days I accidentally found out that my car was towed. That is, if I didn't realize that my car was towed by you and my car stayed in your parking lot for a month, I should have sold my car a no nd given you money! Why did you charge me five days for parking from noon on Tuesday to early morning on Sunday? You, who had the license plate of the car, why didn't you inform me sooner? If it is not because of getting more money, then what is the reason?
Stupid people, they shows 24 hours, but we called they said they closed already, so stupid, and their price is super ridiculous, stupid company

I am here with my wife's uncle and he had a flat on his trailer. His daughter called Auto Club explained to them the issue and when the driver shows up we told him that we explained that the trailer was loaded with furniture. This fool shows up with a flatbed tow truck with No wheel lift (stinger). Tells us he can't do the call because the truck he had was not the right one. How are you not going to send out the the correct truck to begin with. For this I am giving you a bad review, bad service to begin with.
Well to start the female I'm assuming it's a female by the sound of her voice is very rude and not understanding at all. Came here with my spouse to get some things out of her car after a really bad wreck. My spouse can hardly walk never the less able to bend. They said only she can enter the tow yard to retrieve her belongings. I stated that she has a hard time bending over and that if it was ok for me to assist her and of course they denied my request. They do have a gentleman watching her retrieve her so I'm sure if they are concerned with someone steeling something it would not be the case. This place has a bunch of bad reviews I'm. Sure this one is just one more to the collection.
Incompetent and Cleary untrained individuals coming out to do any services. Had damage done to a basically brand new vehicle during a battery change. Call manager arrange for things to be fixed only for them to do the absolute bare minimum and not actually fix the damage they caused. To then telling us the another time and day to just not show, never did they communicate any different just never showed at the time they stated they would. If your in the area and use AAA make sure they don't send this company, you'll be doing yourself a huge favor.
I used AAA for my boyfriend's car, he had filed a claim (he's also a member) and it was quoted at 6:05pm when the call was place at 4:50pm but once I met up with him he had called again and they gave him an estimated time of 8:00pm and thats when I called to make a new claim for the same car but place it as a tire fix. They quoted me 5:50 to which I asked about the claim my boyfriend made and gave them his member number and they said the city of Fontana is all by ARMADA TOWING and that it's on their time. Once I called on my phone back to AAA the automated voice said they pushed it to 8:30. We ended up waiting those 2 hours to see my boyfriend's tow come up and we had asked if he can repair it, but he didn't have the tools. The tow truck driver (Jesus or Jose) was extremely rude and rushed us when we would talk, than thankfully he was capable of taking the car back to our house. Once my tow notified me that he was finally there was at 9:01PM! I forward the calls. They took all the time with no communication whatsoever nor an apology for a delay. If it weren't for AAA for keeping this Towing business employed I know the service and the business would go under. Absolutely horrible.
Please read my post, be advised that this company it's I will say the Worth's I ever had to deal with, they stole everything I had in my car..the cashier was rude as hell. The only reason I post one start it's cause you have to, otherwise I wouldn't even give them anything. If you had your car taking here make sure you take pictures before it's taken yo this place, that way you maybe able to sue them or something .

old lady on the window gave attitude straight from the start was being rude the hole time she is not professional at all I tried contacting her manager but she the one answering the phone pretends to give u the managers number and email but she keeps answering I had a bad experience in this towing yard this lady needs to get fired yelling at customer is not okay.

My husband died in 2021 and I sold my house in glen avon ca I had some people to help me clear stuff out of my house they saw a BMW street bike that my husband was going to fix and clean up to sell. They ask if they could have it I said ok because I didn't have anything to do with it. Well I just got a letter saying I owe this tow company. They can have this bike and good luck in trying to get anything for it. I don't want it.
Worst towing ever. They charge $364 per hour that's too much . My car was towed from a freeway in Pomona to their storage in Pomona itself I was just 10 mins drive an they charged me 1.67 hour, which is $600 + the car reached the storage at 11.58 pm and they charged me whole day for it , I had to pay $64 for just 2 mins, but the interesting part is they came to the accident place at 11:05 pm and they charged me 1.67hrs then how can my car reach their storage at 11:58 pm, no explanation was given total I had to pay $770 and after that I towed my car from there to my place which is 30 miles away and it took an hour to reach but the new towing guy only took $250 from me. I got a faulty invoice because the dispatch time is 8/26 10:48 pm and en route is 8/26 10:50 pm then arrived at the scene is 8/26 11:07 pm but after that the towing time in 8/26 11:35 am, it suddenly became am and then completed time us 8/26 12:25 am, the date 26 never changes and I got charged and extra $64 for that,Never ever calling this Edwin towing again.
Lady at the front desk was very disrespectful. My grandmas car was towed by this company per Fontana police after it was totaled in a crash. When she went to retrieve her items such as registration and other important information, the lady was very rude and told her she couldn’t go get them cause only “one person was allowed” then they also stole her dashcam from the vehicle and told her they only ripped out the cable for it. I don’t understand why a company would hire someone who clearly is so miserable at their job. 🤡🤡 Only person who did their job quick an efficiently was the person who towed the car.
