Much appreciation to Oscar Towing for fast, efficient service when my daughter broke down on the Valley Center grade. They arrived in about 20 minutes, and had the car hooked up and on the way home in a matter of minutes. Very professional and friendly driver. I will be keeping their number in my phone, and recommending them to my friends.
Very responsive and fairly priced. Jose stayed in communication with me from the moment he picked up the car to when he dropped it off. When you have to have something towed it's usually not a great time, but Jose at Oscar's made the day a little bit better for us. Thank you.
Alex @ Oscar Towing just pulled our Ram2500 out of four feet deep mud in Valley Center. Seriously! We were in so deep the truck was high centered. Best part is Alex came within 30 minutes and was less than 1/2 the price of the local tow service. Highly recommend these guys! They are first rate. Picture is after we dug around the truck. There really is mud this time of year. Thanks Alex and team. We won’t forget you!!!!!
The guy was very rude! Very demanding.. my first time getting a flat and needing help and it was very expensive I could not afford it the man said I had to pay him 80$ for his troubles for coming when he drove 7 miles to me. I told him I could pay 50 but still didn’t think it was fair and I was sorry for wasting his time but he wanted more. His demeanor was scary I had to pull my pepper spray out cuz he was so mad.
Very fast service, quoted a low price over the phone, quickly and safely loaded the car. Only reason for 2 stars is they jacked up the price after getting to my home, that's dirty business

I was driving through Escondido on my way to a weekend camping trip when suddenly, my car started making a strange noise. I pulled over to the side of the road and realized that my tire had blown out. I had no spare tire and no idea what to do next. In a panic, I called Al's Towing in Escondido and explained my situation. The person who answered the phone was incredibly understanding and empathetic, and they assured me that they would send someone to help me out right away. Within minutes, a tow truck arrived on the scene. The driver, named Hector, was friendly and reassuring. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended that we tow my car to a nearby mechanic shop, where they could replace my tire. Hector loaded my car onto the tow truck with great care, making sure that nothing was damaged in the process. He then drove me to the mechanic shop, which was thankfully only a few miles away. Throughout the entire experience, Hector was incredibly professional and helpful. He kept me informed and updated on what was happening, and he even offered me some tips on how to avoid getting a flat tire in the future. Thanks to Al's Towing and Hector, what could have been a stressful and unpleasant experience turned out to be relatively painless. I'm grateful for their prompt and efficient service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of towing services in the Escondido area. Five stars all around!
Went to retrieve my vehicle at Al’s towing. Pros: Hector was kind and courteous Cons: My vehicle was towed because per the warning notice stapled to my vehicle retrieval documentation “not having a parking permit displayed.” Ironically the warning was issued at approximately midnight based on the notice and was subsequently towed within hours of the warning. This isn’t the policy Brothers in Arms Security. It’s warn 1st and tow on the 2nd offense. There was no documented 1st offense. Instead, my vehicle was towed almost in parallel to the warning notification. As both Hector and I approached my vehicle we discovered the permit inside, albeit on the floorboard as it had become dislodged from the rearview mirror and slid around in transit to the impound. Had Brothers in Arms Security patrol done their due diligence, they would have seen the permit properly displayed in the vehicle. As a result, I was required to pay approximately $500 to get my vehicle due to their oversight.
Ridiculous. They definitely have something going with the CHP department. My wife got taken into custody for passing all the field sobriety tests and they called Als to tow our vehicle. Would not let me take our vehicle because it had been in an altercation that day (the same one we were in). So they made her sit for 9 hours to make sure she was sober even though she passed breath, breath for drugs, urine, walking , counting, ect… so the next day we can go pick up our vehicle because she was sober havre passed all the tests and Al charged us $800 for a tow maybe a dozen miles away. And it’s was scratched from their wheel harnesses. I guess they really spread it around in San Diego county. Oh and we missed our son’s rehearsal dinner. Thankfully, we did make the wedding the next day.
I went there to see about a large work truck they had on Craigslist. The truck turned out to be unfit for the road and has back fees and penalties of approximately $3,000. Did they think nobody would notice? It's amazing that it is still legal for businesses to sell unsafe junk like this to the public.
The drivers are absolutely awesome. They took care of me after I got T-boned. They were even kind enough to help me gather all my stuff and made sure that I made it to my hotel. Would recommend them 110% better make it 200%

BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS TOWERS!!! I have AAA and they have partnered up with this tow company and upon arrival to towing my car the Tow Tech tried to say that they can’t tow to my destination without charging me for the trip and even though i had triple A they were insisting to tow to a body shop and use my car insurance instead of my triple A coverage. ( i didn’t catch the tow techs name but for reference it was the gentleman with one blue eye and one regular eye) So disappointing that they tried to take advantage of a person in need AND IN COVERAGE. I can only imagine someone who is in the middle of an emergency and panicking.
Was forced to use them through AAA. My car broke down at a ranch just 300-400 yards down a dirt road. The road is used everyday by Amazon delivery drivers and food delivery truck drivers. They refused to drive down the dirt road. They said that I had to get the car back to the main road in order for them to tow it. At this point my car was not operating correctly and was concern if I drove it anymore it would damage it further. They refused to tow it since it was a dirt road. The tow truck driver was very rude and did not care I was stuck with a car that didn't run. I called AAA back and they sent Crossroadz Towing. They had no issue with the dirt road. Spent 3 hours waiting to finally get my car towed. I would not recommend Johnathan's towing.
I have AAA and this company showed up for a regular service tow, demanded $350 or they won't take it, I called AAA they confirmed it is covered no charge, truck driver said ok no charge, then took the vehicle and said he is taking it to his yard until we pay $350. Complete scammed, luckily the highway patrol was there with body cam showing we denied them taking the vehicle if they charge. AAA says they don't know what to say, that we had to approve the $350 (if applicable) before they can hook up and tow for a service request (not a forced DUI or other thing). The highway patrol said they will write a statement that the tow truck driver never had authority to tow at any cost. These people are criminals, BEWARE!!!
I understand my car was towed because it was at a spot where overnight parking is not allowed but $500 is ridiculous. My car was only there for 4 hours but they still charged me the storage fee. Also, the lady at the front seems like she hates her life. And I asked what papers to bring and she said just a letter head and then I get there and she says she need to see more paper to prove I'm the real business owner but good thing I was ready because I already know their tricks.
Put in my tow through AAA at night, driver arrived quick with great communication.

An exceptionally good attitude and fair rates… 4 Step's good at RV towing!
I normally trust no one with my limo… but these guys did a decent job towing it… keeping their number on my speed dial!
My tire was in such awful condition, which I didn't know could be so dangerous. I had to call 4 step towing, and thankfully they picked me up a new one, brought it to me, got it put on my car and got me right back on track!
4 Step Towing is reliable, efficient, and very friendly. They communicated every step of the process and arrived right when they said they would. The driver was careful with my vehicle and very professional. Excellent service, would definitely call them again if I ever need assistance.

Booked through AAA roadside service. I was originally assigned to another company but when I requested a flatbed for my AWD car, I was reassigned to Crossroadz. I needed an 80 mile tow to an auto shop and needed to accompany my car. The introvert in me wasn’t looking forward to a long drive in awkward silence with a driver but I was pleasantly surprised by Juan. He was very polite and pleasant. He handled my car with care and was kind when I asked him questions about the truck and how my car was secured. His truck (cousin’s truck?) was clean and spacious. When my 1.5 hour trip came to an end, I was a bit bummed to say good bye. Juan had some great stories about cars, his family, pets and more made me feel like I was on the road with a friend. He closed out our journey by unloading my car with care and making sure the shop received it while I got settled in their customer lounge. Would definitely use them again IF I can request Juan. ✌🏽
Mando (armando) was great. I waited for another company and they ended up sending crossroadz. He ended up taking me from riverside county back to San Diego area and I forgot about the stress of my car being broken down. Super cool guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable. I hate that awkwardness of taking an uber cause you know the talk will be awkward but this wasn’t the case. The conversation made the trip go fast. The company is lucky to have an employee like him representing them. Thanks again mando.
They showed up with AAA after another company tried ripping me off for $300. The driver was nice, quick, and efficient. Don't ever use a tow company called "united towing and transport" they will rip you off.
Grateful for you guys. Had to have my car towed late Sunday night and went through my insurance. They warned us that roadside services were extremely limited so we expected a long wait but the tech arrived within the hour and moved quickly. He said it was supposed to be his day off. It seems a lot of businesses are still struggling to meet increased service demands amid the labor shortage and doing the best they can. Thank you!!
Came 35 mins after dispatched, and this was after we already had another tow driver ghost us after waiting almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night. I wish we would've asked for our driver's name, he was kind and the uplifting gospel music was just what we needed to hear after a long, difficult night. I had a positive experience w/ Quality Towing in Escondido. I got them through calling AAA and I was nervous because of a lot of these bad reviews but I had friendly and solid service both from the operator and the gentleman, Humberto, I believe, who came to help me. The wait was 3 hrs but it was a Saturday and the operator said they were busy and was apologetic about it, so, not holding that against them.
I had an emergency with my daughter's car and, as I am a AAA member, I was assigned Quality Towing to provide roadside assistance. They arrived on schedule and the driver provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
This place is great! The wait times aren’t too bad and the drivers are always very courteous. Majed was my tow truck driver this morning and he did an excellent job. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Getting a flat tire is always very stressful but I know I’ll always be well taken care of with Quality Towing. Would definitely recommend!!
This towing company is untrustworthy! I was in an accident my insurance company set them up to pick up my car at 12:00 am. I waited for an hour - called to check on ETA I was told they cancelled the tow but did not inform my road assistant person. For some inforseen reason the tow was set up with these same guys. I waited two hours with checking on them and each time getting a delayed pick up time. The final blow was they called said my insurance had cancelled the previous job - they got this new job and they would pick me up in an hour. Had an uncomfortable conversation with their dispatcher saying they had the wrong car, my insurance cancelled, etc. I Cancelled the Tow. Just not a good reliable business!!!
Just had a bad experience with quality towing on 5/19/2024. I had a drivetrain issue with my vehicle. Quality towing driver showed up took a picture of my car, got in his truck and they took off without telling us anything. We called them in which the dispatcher argues with me and hangs up with out a reason. Horrible company and horrible service was provided.

The best towing company ever. Very reliable and on time. Driver was friendly and got my vehicle to it's destination no problem. I highly recommend asap towing for all towing and road service needs.
got our car towed from our apartment complex even though we parked in a visitor spot. took our car on a saturday night and were closed on sunday, so of course they charged us an extra day for keeping the car… freaking stupid. once we call to pick up our we have to make an appointment?? when we show up to pick up the car, no one is there, and the driver took over ten minutes to arrive. once the driver arrived, it was a whole fiasco to get the car. literally took over an hour of our damn time. ASAP stands for taking your money as soon as possible, but not to help you out. shady freaking company man.
Been on the phone for about an hour been on hold for 30 minutes, towing company took my truck from my apartment complex. My manager nor the security called , it was a private owner saying we parked in there parking spot when we parked in a parking spot that any one that lives in the apartment can park in. Now being charged 696$ to get it out . Manager just told us to sue for taking our car from property with no reason so that’s what’s gonna happen.
I know we all hate towing companies because we feel we got towed for no reason I know there's a couple of tow truck companies that I don't really like but this guy was really really friendly and really helpful he knew what he was doing and he did it fast Roger was awesome. A stand up personality and shout out to Geico for working with this company.

They told me i could leave my keys on my tire unattended, how unacceptable. After missing the 2 hour eta, gave me an eta of another 2 hours, called my insurance and reassigned to a better company. Avoid this company, they take jobs they can't fulfill. I guarantee all these 5 star reviews posted the same month, replied by owner are all fake.
Haha expect anything from this business to be over priced. My husband had a motorcycle accident on the i-15sb (SR-78) near the mission exit. We got charged for 2 hours light duty tow at CHP rate even tho it doesn't take 2 hours to load and tow a wrecked bike, so in essence you can guess they towed the other guys car as well. We got charged 3 days at 100 bucks even tho it was 2 days and not a full 3 day, I might have well waited to pick it up at closing since they do that. For everything in total we paid 990. You're gonna need a license and registration even if it's stuck in your wrecked vehicle. The black man upfront was super helpful and he was the only person to use the forklift and put the bike up on the trailer we had. We didn't get charged for the forklift. We had called the night before and the man said they weren't gonna help us, but they did.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was trying to get questions answered so I can pay my bill and another rep got on the phone and started cussing me out and yelling at me for no reason! I was in shock that a company could allow someone like him to work for them and be the face and voice of their company. Now I can see why the reviews are low. I would give negative reviews if I could! ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!**
I got into an accident and my insurance connected me with roadway. The driver got to me fairly quickly and he went above and beyond to help me figure things out. Even went as far as to buy me a snack to try and make me feel better. When I had to go to the facility in person to retrieve my belongings from my car, I realized my battery was dead and could not get into my trunk where I still had a lot of my belongings. I panicked thinking I was going to lose things that were special to me and the women in the office offered to jump the battery for me. I was astonished with the amazing service from everyone I worked with here at roadway Escondido. I can’t thank you all enough for all you did for me. but THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will never forget this experience.
Zero stars. 5 1/2 hours from contact to tow. Dispatch surly and unhelpful. Dispatch hung up on me even. Dispatch threatened to cancel job. Dispatch blamed insurance company for selecting them! Never ever use this company!! Worst customer experience I've had in years.
