I can honestly say that they are a reliable and professional company. The tow truck was on time, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and my car arrived safe and sound at its destination. I would definitely recommend their services.
Worst professionalism ever! Wrecked my vehicle and refused to give me their insurance info. It's been 8 months and my car is still broke. Horrible customer service PLUS their motor vehicle carrier permit on their website says it expired in 2017 It's under certificates on Easy Towing Website

Unprofessional customer service
Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was calling for information on a contact for this business and the representative cut me off saying no they do not offer that service and hung up on me before I could explain what I was looking for.
Best towing service in Elk Grove. Would recommend to anyone who needs to have their car towed quickly.

The lady who answer the call is very rude. Your car not safe in their tow yard.
The worst customer service ever!!! The phone operator is was rude as can be. She hung up the phone on me and then on my mom. The guy that works at the tow yard was a complete idiot. They make you do all these things to get your car back and still give u a hard time about it. My car got towed Thursday so Friday I went to get it out before the weekend. That didn’t happen so I went to just get all my personal belongings out of my car. The phone operator said as long as I get there by 5pm I can get my stuff out. I get there at 4:58pm and the guy says wait I have to help the other customers first. I wait 5 mins and then he comes back and tells me that I can’t get all my things out of my car because the guy who is authorized to do it already left and won’t be back till Monday.☹️ I called the operator and she hung up on me so my mom called and they hung up on her. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across because today is my 3 years wedding anniversary and I bought my wife a beautiful ring and it was in my car and the guy wouldn’t let me even get my ring. I don’t know who to complain about all this but it’s really unfair how they can just do what ever they want and get away with it. If I could I would have given this place -5 stars for the worst ever customer service.
