I called AAA at 8pm due to my car battery dying. Hamner Towing called to confirm and was stuck waiting for an hour and a half with no response. Called back and was told they will send someone else and nobody arrived til 10:30pm (Victor D). Due to 3 other technicians sitting around the office not doing anything we were unable to go to autozone because they closed at 10 and it was way past closing. Victor D was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us a new battery. Victor himself gets 5 stars! The company he works for not so much. Leaving people stranded in Corona for 2.5 hours at night while you are getting paid sitting around is unacceptable.
Corona PD has had 8 of my trucks impounded to this tow yard.. really gotta give it up for the customer service at this place. They are calm and professional, even though at times throughout the years I have not. This last time was as always a pleasant experience.
They are Towing my truck today 08 12 2022 To Danny's mom 995 Pomona Rd #6 it's the Lifted Black 150 with his Journey man card and cell phone that's still in his truck
Needed a jump start, truck was here in ten minutes, price was great and the driver was kind, courteous, and professional. I was on my way in all of 15 minutes from the time I called. Will always use Hamner Towing for any future problems 👌🏻
Last Sunday evening I got a flat on the 91. I panicked as the tire pressure started getting lower and lower, and merged into the 71, as there was not a lot of room to pull over and the next exit seemed too far for how fast I was losing tire pressure. I called Wawanesa and they sent Hamner Towing. I was told it would be 20 minutes, the driver was there in half that. It was already dark, the freeway was pretty busy, and I had my 9 ear old in the car with me, and he started to get scared. I cannot for the life of me remember the driver’s name, but he was really great with helping me keep the situation feel under control for my son. He took every precaution to keep all of us as safe as possible, and was really great as he made conversation with my son, and helped him feel safe in the situation. He got us back on the road quicker than I expected and I was really grateful for the experience he was able to provide in that situation.

Fast and easy . ETA was amazing. T the driver is very professional I highly recommend this towing company .

Great job. Frank was very nice and professional. He showed up on time and handled my classic car with care and respect. He used a towel to make sure the cable didn’t contact the fresh chrome bumper. The truck had an 8 point tie down that doesn’t scratch your rims like the other tow companies might. I would definitely use this company again to tow any high value or classic car.
Warning they give different prices based on who they think you are. Was given price of $85 tow charge plus $6/per mile which changed to a $145 flat tow charge once they saw me in person. Seems very fishy.
Had them tow a motorcycle and hold it in their impound lot, however upon trying to retrieve the bike the owner would not allow for us to reclaim the bike on time. Even with a signed consent form and complete paperwork showing ownership of the bike, the owner laughed at us stating "its your problem, not mine" and forced us to leave the bike there for another full day adding extra to the charge. This establishment was completely unprofessional in all aspects. Would give 0 stars but of course thats not an option.
If I can give more Stars I maxx them out great company reasonable prices awesome staff and great customer service willing to help out leave a satisfied customer would reuse there service if needed highly recommend
So they towed my vehicle. Not their fault, just doing their job (cops took it). The manager Danny was the best tow truck guy ever. Let me get everything out of my car, made sure my birds were safe, even found my snake (not hyperbole my snakes were loose in the truck). I wish more tow companies were like these guys, understood the reality of life, and were actually human. 5 stars, would get towed again (hopefully next time by choice lol)
