Very pleased with the service! Arrived within 10 minutes, very friendly and professional. Thank you!
Great experience with next level towing. They were able to move my 8x11’ shed from one home to another with only a days notice. Showed up on time and got the job done with ease
Pablo came out and rescued my car on the side of the highway with no delay. 10/10 service, this is the guy I'll call if I ever need help again.
Great experience. Had 3 collector cars to move. To 3 different locations. Pablo was incredibly experienced, very meticulous, very punctual, totally professional. Absolutely recommend his service to anyone. 100% satisfied customer.!
My husband and I are very grateful to Michael/Pablo. He was amazing and quick to get there to assist us. One thing I appreciated the most was his honesty. We thought we needed a starter, but he quickly assisted us and let us know that it was just the battery. Most people today would have looked to make money off of you, but Pablo was nothing like that!! I recommend anytime you’re in a situation and need help, Call Next Level Towing. They are quick, honest, and reliable. Thank you so much, Pablo!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND…

Jonathan is amazing! Came super fast and did a super job
Service was fast and good thx you guys
Ran into some radiator issues with my car making it unable to drive without over heating and found this tow shop online. Able to get a tow from Jonathan within about an hour or two. Had wonderful and friendly service from Jonathan and he got my car back to my place with ease. Company was easy to deal with and helped me out in a pinch! Would definitely recommend again.
Woke up to my car failing on me. Called 10-4 Tow and their crew came to help. Jonathan was easy to talk to, and got the job done quick! He came within reasonable time and helped transport the car. Humorous, helpful, and skilled!
I called Toro Road Runners and they connected me to Jackson with 10-4 of Concord. The service was great and timely. Jackson was courteous and explained everything well.

S/o To My Guy Joe For Coming To Save The Day For A Fellow Tow Brother!!! Called Him And He Came Ready To Help
Jeff came to pick up my car with a friendly demeanor despite the awful heat. Thanks again!
This company claimed they put a 24 hour notice on my vehicle. They did not. Total money grab. Shame on AVG towing
Recomendadisimo!!!
I had to use these guys three times in one week. Each time they were quick and their prices are reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They were easy to deal with and provided the receipts I needed for insurance. I hope I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to use this company!

Driver was on time. He had a little trouble finding me but called me right away. We were transferring a forklift onto a trailer and he was very careful when loading, trying to make sure the trailer wasn't damaged and then helped to carefully position the lift on the trailer for best ballance and so the load was carried across the trailers structure evenly.
Nice people called ask how much it would cost for my tow by chp would cost took a few hours called back and gave me the numbers per day. I had to wait a few days because dmv was closed i thought it would cost 1000s of dollars but it was cheaper then i thought fast and friendly service.
Very good just checked in at counter and told them what I was looking for and thay gave directions to the part cars location .
We are so thankful for the team at John McHugh's Towing! A 6 p.m. flat tire on 680 was going to take more than two hours to repair when we called another company. Instead we called John McHugh's and they quickly brought our technician a spare tire and installed it on the truck so we could get it back to the shop at a fraction of what the other company was going to charge. We really appreciate all their help and look forward to using them in the future!
They were very helpful they didn't have a big inventory like there was before what was easier and more manageable because I can actually find what I was looking for which was just a battery more than half off price just as good as a new one little homie at the counter was very helpful

Outstanding service. Kim was very nice taking the time to listen to our problem and requesting a picture of our car to make sure that the right truck was dispatched. A HUGE THANKS TO TIM, WE WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL WITH HIM. TIM WAS AMAZING, our little cat was trapped under the hood of our vehicle, Tim is a true hero, he didnt give up, he thought out of the box and got our precious pet out from underneath of the car. Again, thank you Tim and may God Bless you!
I was leaving my boyfriend’s house and got a flat tire down the street. I know very little about cars and got quite anxious. I called B&D Towing because my boyfriend had used them, and received a call from Javier. He was polite, efficient, and I felt immediately at ease because of his professionalism. Thank you!
Driver was experienced and carefully deliberate in all that he did. Easy person to talk to, polite, and had a good conversation about hot rods. Will definitely use their service again.
After waiting for AAA for 1 1/2 hours, I called B & D towing and they were there in 30 minutes. I have a large camper van and they towed it with great care. I’m very happy with their service.
BND towing came up and did my job, they towed my car out of a tight parking garage. Other tow truck companies in Walnut Creek wanted to charge me six or $700. These guys were a third of the price got here within 30 minutes and got the job done. Highly recommend this company don’t waste your time for me to other any of the other idiots

I wish there was a negative stars review. They towed my car and damaged it. Had to replace the front bumper, when asked the owner he started yelling and told me to go the cops. Also added some ridiculous hidden prices. For two days storage they charged me $1100.
Staff is friendly and professional. Never felt like they were trying to give me runaround.
Excellent service getting someone else's car removed from my property. Highly recommend. Update: ATCO towed another vehicle today off my property. So fast, on time & courteous. I've seen alot of towing in my time & these guys are pros!
Horrible, unsafe driving. One of their drivers got over into my lane and almost hit me. The driver literally got over while I was right next to him, I honked and he just continued to get over. The guy straight up ran me off the road. I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but his driving was that terrible. You guys need to check your drivers or you’re gonna end up catching a lawsuit.
Very rude
