Michael came to the rescue !!!!! He came within the time I was told on the phone 45 minutes no delays. Very polite and respectful did his job amazingly well and without trouble and to make things 10/10 he dropped off the vehicle perfectly outside of my house like if I had parked it … great service
Ram truck battery died while at LIB. None of our friends’ cars at our group campsite could jump our beast. MJY TOWING to the rescue! Knowledgeable, Fast, Easy & Friendly!
I contacted MJY towing when my husband’s car overheated and he was stranded on the side of the road in high temperatures. Yesenia, MJY service assistant worked quickly and effectively over the phone to get a tow service truck to us immediately. She handled all the ins and outs of the request and guided me through the roadside request within minutes with my insurance agency. Thank you Yesenia and MJY towing! We appreciate you!
Arturo was very helpful, friendly, and safe. Thank you very much MJY for getting me where I needed to be safely.
Juan saved us with a jumpstart at the tail end of LIB Festival. We really appreciate his fast and cheerful service!

Today, I endured a wait of over 4 hours for AAA to arrange an emergency tow in Arvin, CA. During this frustrating wait, I noticed a sign for Golden Empire in the parking lot and decided to give them a call out of desperation. To my relief, my call was answered promptly and I received exceptional customer service. Remarkably, a flatbed arrived to tow my Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes of my call. Albert, from Golden Empire, towed my vehicle over 75 miles to my specified destination in San Fernando, CA. He provided a photo upon delivery and followed my instructions precisely on where to leave the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend this tow truck company to anyone in need.
10 🌟 from dispatch to recovery 3.5 hours awesome job ... literally saved @ least 100k under hazardous conditions that's @ least 10,000,000 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 cannot thank them enough . You get what you pay for ... I delivered on time 900 miles later same calender day...
Awesome. Great customer service. Allowed me to find a killer deal on a new more powerful motorcycle than what I currently have and not stress about learning it on the freeway during peak traffic. Thank you Golden Empire Towing!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. They denied my tow and asked $180 per hour plus time taken to get back to their dock. A COMPLETE RIP OFF I had someone else pick it up for half the price in about 10 mins loading time WITH NO ISSUES
I would not use this company based on the fact that on August 15 while traveling the speed limit in the right lane of westbound Hwy 46 near Lost Hills Road, we had an encounter with a Golden Empire Towing truck. He passed us on the left going way above the speed limit, tossing up a rock from the road that hit our window and cracked it immediately. Reckless drivers are not who I'd want towing my vehicle.
3. Lost & Found Towing LLC.

This Company is amazing. I was stranded and looking at over a 2 hour wait. Called this company and they were so amazing about helping. They arrived in 30 min hooked my vehicle right up and took good care of me. They go above and beyond to help and the driver was very sweet. Definitely going to call this company in the future. He even gave me advice on where to take my vehicle. Would give 10 Stars if I could.
Hands down, this is the best towing company I have *EVER* come across. My husband and I broke down with our 20’ utility trailer outside of Bakersfield. Roger answered the phone quickly and got to us in 45 minutes! 45!!! It doesn’t end there; this kind man took our truck to his tow yard and used his personal vehicle to take us to our hotel. Not only did he take us to our hotel, but he offered to stop for food and snacks along the way, he had thought of everything we would need to end our stressful day! It is so rare to find so much integrity and kindness. I would give this veteran ten stars if I could! Please do yourself a favor and call this company if you need a tow. It will make your life SO much easier and that really counts when your ride is down and your stress is high. I highly recommend Lost and Found Towing!
Save yourself the trouble and call Lost & Found Towing first, Roger had the best price, his professionalism and concern about my situation was second to none, I'll definitely be using his services again.
Roger was so helpful, cordial, and respectful and knowledgeable. He was very punctual making my emergency his emergency. My respects to him and his company. Wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Would recommend him to others.
Love this company. Roger is the best in town and treats everyone equally. If your ever in need of towing service, this is your guy. He has very fair prices and great customer service.

I was having issues with the thermostat in my car so of course my car was heating up...I came back from traveling and had to return my rental, so my daughter followed me to the airport and we knew that we would have to limp our baby back home. No big deal, take our time and we will her home!! We were a mile from home at 11 o'clock at night and had to pull over to let her cool down, went to start her and the battery just gave up. I called and they answered the phone right away and told me it would be at least an hour wait, no problem we aren't going anywhere anyways...He then asked for our location and being new to the area we had to google ourselves to give him the most accurate location...LOL but then he was like OH, I will have someone there in 20 minutes. In less than 20 minutes Julian (pretty sure that was he name) showed up and took us all home. He even checked the battery for us and gave it enough of a charge to start it so that we could at least get going the next morning. Appreciated the above and beyond that he gave us!! Hopefully don't need you again anytime soon, but will definitely call you guys again if we do!!! Thank you!!
It’s 9:30pm & we couldn’t find a tow company to help us out. My BF was stuck in Mojave and needed a tow, we couldn’t get someone out this late to tow from Mojave to Bakersfield. He definitely didn’t want to wait till the morning, leaving the company truck behind. I remembered I had a contact, who worked for a tow company. Sunny answered my plea for help. Put me in contact with Payless. We were assured by her that we would be taken care of & she was right. My BF is a general manager and was impressed with Sunny’s calm demeanor and will be using Payless for all company needs regarding tows. It’s stressful when you’re broke down, this company definitely deserves the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I called for a tow and spoke with the dispatcher Sunny, she was very kind and had great hospitality. The driver was friendly and came quickly to tow my vehicle. I will be referring all my friends and family to Payless Towing.
It’s not a good experience when items come up stolen from your damaged vehicle. What happened to integrity
April of this year I had been out clubbing on a Saturday night and wouldn't you know it, my car doesn't want to start. Tried jumping it, nope it still would not start. I wasn't about to leave it so I called 3 different towing services,Payless being the 3rd. The dispatcher I spoke to gave me a better price than the other 2 places I called and told me she can have a driver there in 20 min. Her name was Sunshine and true to her word, the driver was there in 20 min. Because of her service and the driver who did the towing, Just this June I had another car issue come up where again I needed a tow, and Payless was my first call and Sunshine was the Dispatcher who answered giving me a chance to Thank her for her service.

Alec & Lonnie Towing were dispatched by State Farm to transport my vehicle to a collision center. Lonnie contacted me to confirm and go over details of the transport. He sent pictures and kept me updated the entire time. This kept me at ease as I was at work and was unable to be there at the time of transportation. Definitely recommend their towing service.
Quick & excellent service! My BMW had a flat tire and Alec & Lonnie were contacted through the BMW road side assistance department. I received quick confirmation and a contact number, I called the number and Lonnie let me know when he would be 20 minutes out so that I could meet him at the car. Very quick service and my car was delivered safely to BMW for tire replacement. I highly recommend these guys!
Lonnie was very helpful today. I have never been stranded in a rental y'all. Truly debilitating. But Lonnie was expedient and professional and made sure we made it all the way to our replacement car and helped us move our things. I will not be dealing with thrifty rental cars ever again but should I find myself stranded in Central Cali I will definitely b reaching out. Many thanks, God Bless.
Rented a car from Avis… after an insanely bad experience with Avis! We found ourselves broke down on the side of the highway. These guys answered the call! Father and son company that are the definition of customer service. Polite, friendly, professional, and prompt! Rescued us when we thought our vacation was ruined! If you’re in need of a tow, call these guys immediately! Thank you so much for saving our trip!
Just had my Harley towed home. Lonnie gently picked up my Harley and delivered her safely home. Great attitude and professional service. Thanks!

I'd have to say the experience was decent. Because the driver it was accommodating, he let us get out of the heat. We were dehydrated from sitting in our car all day and he was attentive. And uh, not too conversational, just enough to make us comfortable and keep us cool with the air conditioning and dropped us off where I wanted and helped with everything I recommend him to anybody who It runs out of battery power and need s captain save a tesla. My wife just told me he is better thsn decent and wishes more pwople in service industry were so efficient
Good towing service fast and good They was very helpful
Great company for towing. Picked up a huge non op rv for me.
Professional tow truck services, they take care of their customers above and beyond.
AAA+ Service. On time, very reasonable rates, professional, and very experienced. I highly recommend Ibarra’s towing. Their truck was clean, and equipment was solid. Hands down the best towing service in the areas of Tehachapi, Bear Valley Springs, Stallions Springs and Mojave. Other towing services wanted twice the amount Ibarra’s towing charged me.

After dealing with least than pleasant calls, we contacted Nitro and they were amazing! They communicated effectively and were extremely helpful, especially with guiding us on the next steps
I had a bad accident this morning which led to me needing an immediate tow from the side of the 99 freeway. The dispatcher was very polite and quick to help me. He had a truck in route within minutes of me talking to him on the phone, when the truck arrived I was greeted by Juan and he was very polite and quick to get me off the road and to safety. All around amazing experience with unbeatable rates compared to the other companies I had contacted.
Excellent customer service, friendly and competent. Had a difficult tow with a bike that had the fork (steering) locked. These guys rock!!
Amazing service!! Nate was the guy that helped me out and am absolutely great job. He came out extremely fast and got me exactly the help I needed immediately. He also was really friendly and it was really easy to work with him as well. It made breaking down on the side of the road a whole lot easier to deal with!!! I highly recommend this Nate and Nitro Towing as they actually came on the weekend which a lot of places do not do. I called another service first and they said they couldn’t have anyone there until Monday and it was a Saturday. Nitro set me up in less ha 3 minutes flat! So, I would say if your car ever breaks down definitely call Nitro Towing and ask for Nate! He’s the one I trust for sure!
My charger engine said no more and left this Army vet stranded in the middle of a road in Bakersfield. Called my insurance no answer cops took for ever but the homie at nitro came through got me off the road and gave me a ride to Dennys to wait for my ride.

My car was stolen and ended up impounded at Castro towing, the girl in the office was super helpful and understanding, made it really easy to get my car out!
Christian (Castro towing via AAA) was very helpful during our hour of need and got us to a repair place and back on the highway quickly. Very kind, professional, and courteous. Thanks!
Went to have lunch at my daughters school, came back to a DEAD battery! Luckily Jose with Castro Towing was FAST and able to help!
Very good service
We received excellent professional service. We are so grateful they were dispatched to our AAA call.

Hands down one of the best experiences with towing services!! they jumped started my vehicle and was able to get back home in 30 minutes and that time includes the wait time for him to get to me very professional and communicative will definitely have his number saved in my contacts for future services if needed ! Let me just say that I called 3 Different towing services that were charging an insane amount of money plus 1 hour or more wait!.
You never expect a flat tire on the 99 to be a good experience but remarkably it was. Thanks to the extensive knowledge and experience of Victor, my Scatpack Challenger was taken to a recommended tire shop. I left with 2 brand new, front tires. From the moment I got off the phone with Victor while waiting on the 99, I was home start to finish within an hour and a half! That's crazy good!
Victor at Valencia tow was absolutely amazing! I would definetly recommend using this company in a time of need prices were fair not unreasonable like other places that I had called prior.
Very knowledgeable and professional! I recommend anyone to use them. Gave me the best deal he could helped make a very stressful situation a lot better
Friendly service, and really helpful. They came out pretty fast less than 40 minutes after all other tow companies gave a 90+ wait time.

I’ve been using them for years . Any problem they have helped me . Great customer service!! Super quick !! And reasonable pricing.
They are very professional and they are always there when you need them..
Best towing service in town!
Best price in town. I broke down on the West and El Super Primo had the best price. I waited 30 minutes for pickup which I consider to be average for towing. Great service, hopefully I don't break down again but if I do I'll be calling them.

I got stranded on the grapevine. I called around this place helped me get home. Thanks to Frank C. He let me sleep the whole way. Then when we got to my place he helped me push my car into a parking spot. Thank you Frank! You went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.
We had a very good experience with our driver, Frank. We were coming up from LA, so quite a distance, to meet him at the spot our van had broken down. Frank was very flexible with timing as we had to adjust our projected arrival a few times due to delays. Our interaction at the pick up point was very positive and professional. We were pleased with Frank's service and with this company.
I was on my way to Nestle purina in Maricopa California and when i was on 166 to turn on golden cat road i turned into a curved shoulder to park and when I went to avoid a pile of dirt i got stuck in a ditch. As soon as i turned in my report to my company, Frank was there in a flash. He was very courteous, helpful, witty, and professional. He went above and beyond to get me out of there. If anyone is in the Bakersfield area and need towing service, Frank is the man to call. I dare anyone to say one bad thing about him. Frank. When you read this, again, I thank you for your consistent and undying will to not give up until the job was done. God bless you and Jim's towing success.
Zach was an awesome guy! He made a horrible situation a little bit better!
We had a last minute change of plans in donating our vehicle. Jim’s towing was already coming to our location, which is an hour away from them. They were excellent in working with us to cancel the original plan and move the vehicle to the new planned location. They gave us a deal. David was the driver and he went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across good workers like him anymore. We appreciate this company and will use them again for our towing needs.

Excellence service from In-A-Jam towing, they respond quickly, arrived on time, and handled my car with care. The driver Joseph was polite, respectful, and professional. What more can you ask for in a towing company 5 stars they get there faster than others 💪 thanks again
Awesome service!!
We were broken down on the 5 and In A Jam got to us within 30 minutes for help. All the other companies estimated 2 hours but these guys were super fast and helpful.
These guys were professional, on time and friendly. My keys were locked inside my car and they came and got the keys out for me in minutes! I highly recommend them for any situation you may be in. They charge a fair price as well!
I called this company at 3:00 AM, they were the only ones who answered at this time. Dispatch gave me an ETA of 40 minutes but the driver showed up sooner. Very professional company, 100% recommend!!

Nothing bad to say. Good service. They came through when other's wouldn't. Great price. Ill use them again when i need them.
Last time I ever go through Ayala services, had the worst experience ever. I went through them with my Insurance. The tow guy had called me told me to wait an hour he had another car he needed to tow,I said it was fine. An hour later my insurance company calls me to verify my car had been towed already I said no I was still waiting, insurance said ok let us just check the ETA on that, and insurance said like another 25 min and I said that’s fine. 1 min later the tow guy calls me mad and upset with me saying why did I call the insurance company on him, he was very rude and hostile on the phone with me. I tried to explain that the insurance company was just checking on the status of my car when he all he said I better be their in 10 min and hung up. When I arrived he was very rude and hostile complaining about the location of my car. Most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Please go somewhere else.
We had an AMAZING experience with Eric, when I called he notified me that he could be there in 15-20 minutes (he was there in 15) while other tow companies were hour out. He was very kind and professional if I could and would recommend a tow company I would 100% recommend them! They are fast, reliable, and affordable.
We picked any company that was closest and glad we picked Ayala's. Both over the phone service and towing truck driver were both professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company if your ever in need. I know I'll be keeping there number when I need service.
Highly, highly recommend this company. A million times better than the first company our insurance sent out. The driver showed up on time, he was really nice and professional. I actually had an issue with a different car so we requested this company. He actually remembered being at our house a couple months prior and he even knew where to tow our car. He is definitely a hard-working man!

Worse service ever beware of these people she was very rude not professional what so ever. I had a medical emergency I was at a Doctors office when she called me threatening me to pay if not she was taking my vehicle back to there yard that it was going to cost me a lot more to get my vehicle. She had no compassion acted like we weren’t gonna pay them. Worse experience ever I don’t understand how people can be so bitter and not professional.
Was stranded off of California ave. These guys came and really saved me. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and gave me a good price on a tow. They said they’d be there in 20 mins but actually pulled up in 5. The driver is skilled and was able to get my vehicle into a tow position since it couldn’t shift into neutral. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are fast and get the job done at a good price.
R&P took great care of my vehicle, very prompt, professional and made is a smooth Tow..
Worst towing company was told 60 bucks extra to have a smaller tow truck come and pull the cars out so the big tow truck can grab them but he ended up charging extra 150 but when I told him his people said 60 he got butt hurt and on top of that the rim came off when he was pulling it out didn’t offer a jack no nothing just said this is to much work and dropped the car and left it as is
First rate!! They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes & arrived in 25! Earlier Lewis towing was supposed to pick me up in 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called Lewis & they had no record of my phone call. Lewis put me on hold for 10 more minutes & than hung up on me. I was at the pharmacy getting meds after a stroke & was very stressed. Use R&P, not Lewis. Thank you R&P.

This guy almost took me out with his truck. If he operates his crane the same way then he's dangerous. Serious liability
Crane was at the job site before the time requested. Rigg was fast and affordable. The operator was the owner as well. Full of lots of knowledge. Would recommend it to anyone needing a crane rigg

It was great. Will use again, when needed. Thanks alot
We were stuck with our truck disabled while towing our travel trailer on an over 100* Sunday when I called Kern Towing Service. The man who answered the phone asked where I was (we were 30 miles outside Bakersfield, right off the 5) and promptly said "No I can't do that today. Bye." I guess it's his prerogative whether he wants to take a job on a Sunday, but we were quite disappointed that he couldn't be bothered to come help a family stuck out in the heat.
Service is great! Came quickly and worked so fast. Very happy with their provided service.
Great drivers,. Awesome staff, very fair rates.
The process was seamless. You can count on them.
