Great customer service! The attendant who answered my call was very cordial and helpful, in any way she possibly could. Kept me informed on the ETA and even went as far as accommodating my situation. The tow truck driver was also very polite and cordial as well. Great service overall!

Hands down the most knowledgeable and skilled tow truck/wrecker operator I've met in my entire life. They have dedicated night shift crew light and heavy trucks. He explained to me after I asked, what he was doing when he was hooking up my truck and I learned quite a bit. I believe his name was Sam. He also had open communication with his coworkers to help them while he worked which is awesome. Sam if you're wondering, my oil filter housing was cracked on the back side pretty bad, which is why there was soooo much oil! Thank you sir, it was a pleasure and I appreciate it.

This Company is amazing. I was stranded and looking at over a 2 hour wait. Called this company and they were so amazing about helping. They arrived in 30 min hooked my vehicle right up and took good care of me. They go above and beyond to help and the driver was very sweet. Definitely going to call this company in the future. These guys freaking rock! After hydroplaning into a ditch, I was stranded on the side of the road. They went above and beyond while pulling me out they realized my car wasn't safe to drive so they insisted on taking me to where I needed to go after dropping my car off at the shop. Needed a tow for my car and I’ve had problems with how tow company’s handled my car before so i tried Payless towing out and they sent out a driver named Julian. Julian by far has been the best driver i have Ever had experience with. He was sure to be cautious with my car and took it to where it needed to go with absolutely no problems at all ! Big thanks to Julian and Payless towing for the good experience and any time i need A tow , i know Exactly where to go !
This tow service was great. I was stuck on a busy road and didn’t know how to handle the situation. The dispatcher made me feel better and told me to stand away from the vehicle for safety and she would get someone out to help immediately. Sunny made the experience better, they were fast and friendly and she actually cared.

Lonnie was amazing! We had an issue with our electric vehicle not starting - everything went dead and we couldn’t even close our doors. We called two companies and both said they could not help us due to the fact that the vehicle wouldn’t start and we couldn’t put it in neutral. Well, Lonnie had no problem and jumped our vehicle and within 15 minutes we were being towed. He even sent a text with an image letting us know that he had dropped off our vehicle and it was safe and sound at the dealership. Highly recommend this company!

i’ve had a few bad experiences with some tow companies! when we’re in the situation, it gets very overwhelming!!! but I was recommended by a friend to Ibarra’s towing as soon as I called, dispatch was amazing. They communicated with me through the whole way. Kept me updated on timing. tow truck driver was very respectful arrived on time and got straight to work. very happy with the work and how quickly they move..

My husband broke down in the freeway Friday night. Being it was Friday we were expecting a long delay. Called Nitro Towing and they helped right away. Dispatcher gave arrival estimate about 15 minutes. Tow truck arrived quickly and got my husband off the freeway. Great customer service from tow truck driver and despatcher. Hopefully we don’t need another tow but if we do we will be calling here.

We broke down in a camper RV towing a boat on 58. Victor at Valencia towing took the job when no one else would. We had been stuck on the side of the road for hours. He managed to get what seemed like an impossible job done and got us safely off the side of the freeway. He then went beyond to help with our back tires that had fallen off just so we wouldn’t be on the ground. Super helpful. Great attitude. Highly recommended.

You never expect a flat tire on the 99 to be a good experience but remarkably it was. Thanks to the extensive knowledge and experience of Victor, my Scatpack Challenger was taken to a recommended tire shop. I left with 2 brand new, front tires. From the moment I got off the phone with Victor while waiting on the 99, I was home start to finish within an hour and a half! That's crazy good!

We were on our way home from Los Angeles near the grapevine when we got a flat tire around 7pm. I was extremely thankful Frank was able to change our tire. He arrived within 45 minutes which I thought was incredible considering the location of where we were. Frank skipped dinner to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. If that isn’t going above and beyond then I do not know what is. Thanks Frank!
If I could give this place a 6/5 I totally would! My car broke down on the side of the highway while I was traveling alone. The daylight hours were rapidly dwindling and I was sufficiently spooked. Frank arrived in under an hour, which was amazing because I broke down in the middle of nowhere. The service was very prompt and good, plus Frank was a super awesome guy!
We had a very good experience with our driver, Frank. We were coming up from LA, so quite a distance, to meet him at the spot our van had broken down. Frank was very flexible with timing as we had to adjust our projected arrival a few times due to delays. Our interaction at the pick up point was very positive and professional. He was very kind and professional if I could and would recommend a tow company I would 100% recommend them! They are fast, reliable, and affordable.
My car broke down in Bakersfield while on a cross-country road trip on a holiday weekend Sunday. These guys were there to help - when the driver on duty was delayed, the dispatch guy himself came to get me. They kept me updated throughout the process, and were extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them helping to make the best of a bad situation. Reasonable rates and professional services. I hope to never need them again, but if I do I would 100% call them again.

Horrible customer service. Highly unprofessional and immature. Extremely pushy. Swears they have more customers when driver doesn't. The tow truck driver Juan made a scene at my place work making all sorts of unecessary noises and commotion. If I was you, pay the extra $20 or $40 from Golden or Jims.

Roadside assistance was going to take forever came across Tows R Us and Julio not only saved the day but save me money. He was able to come out faster then the company roadside was going to send out and said he could bill my insurance! Will be using Tow R Us for all my future towing needs!

We were broke down on Hwy 58 near Murray Farms at 8:30pm. I have been a AAA member for 26 years, and called them for a tow. We waited for 3 hours and were told they couldn't find anyone to tow us and had no idea when/if they would, it was nearing midnight. I called R & P Towing, and they had a driver there in 30 minutes. The driver was so nice and even brought the crew cab to ensure all of our family had a ride home. I highly recommend this company!

Great place to buy used cars
This place tries to make it impossible to get your vehicle out of impound, our son had our truck and got arrested. We had to wait 30 day. The people were so rude . I called and tried to get it out so they knew i was picking it up. They sent a letter after 14 days that said they would auction the truck off on the August 29th. They knew I was trying to get it out their fees are outrageous. They dont even allow you to get anything out of the car.
I went here to pay off a balance. The manager had agreed for me to pay only tow fees. The balance had been sent to collections by the time I went to pay. The manager went above and beyond to get my account with collections closed while still honoring our original agreement. She was nice, professional and overall great in handling my issue!

Fast and great service and was reasonably priced
I’ve been having JR Towing transport my equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts to various job sites over the past 4 years. He’s always on time, doesn’t overcharge and always makes sure the forklifts are tied down safely without damaging the units.

They made me wait about 4 hrs to be towed I was in between reseda and Tarzana and they kept saying he will be there in 20 min. 40 min after I called and ask is a truck coming they say yes he will be there in 20 min. 40 min after the guy calls saying I'll be there in 20 min , worst towing company
I called early on Friday morning (6:30) the day after Thanksgiving, to set up a time for my car to get towed to a shop that is four minutes away from my location. The guy who answered sounded like he was half asleep through entire conversation. I was quoted $168. I was really perplexed and asked did you say $168? And he said, "Yes". I asked if it's always this expensive or is because the time of day, he simply replied, " Well, prices have gone up." I did let him know that his price was extremely too high and I would be looking elsewhere. I then called Imperial Towing who quoted me $65 for the job. Guess who got my business?

Great service
Ignore the bad reviews. They're professionals and can't be blamed for how ignorant others are. They've helped us in our times of need so many times. They have the FASTEST response time of any towing service. They're friendly and caring workers. They're reliable and great.
Called them as INSTRUCTED to have a illegally parked vehicle towed in my Mother's neighborhood. Was told I could not call that management had to. Management was not in the office and frankly even if they were most likely would not have called. So I do not understand why a tenant can't call to remedy this situation!
