English: They were the best option after asking for estimates and only Leo's wanted to work removing my car from the CHOC Hospital parking lot since it is very difficult for tows truck to enter due to the small space (7' height). The price was the best and very honest, they really know how to do their job and they treated my car with great care. What others did not want to do, they made possible! I definitely recommend them because they speak in Spanish and English and their "prices were the best for me."
Thank you Leo for helping us with our towing, we’re extremely grateful for your customer service as well as your consideration. Great service definitely recommend thank you!
Provided fast service, great communication, and fair prices for their towing. Definitely would go back to this place if I ever needed tow service again!
Leo really deserves more than 5 stars. Not only was he punctual, professional, & knowledgeable, his customer service was exemplary & he was really nice. The convo was great. I'm new to CA & he told me about many sights to see. I'll be recommending this company to everyone.
Outstanding service! Leo quickly came to tow my broken down car on a busy street. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable. What was a stressful situation he was able to turn around as he was very reassuring. He loaded up my car on his flat bed taking his time to make sure nothing was damaged as my car is lowered. Hes got all the tricks up his sleeve to get the job done! 5 star service, I recommend Leo if you need any towing service performed.

Very fast service! came in 15 minutes, i was out in 5 minutes! recommend
Excellent service! I called James for a car towing to get my car back home and he arrived extremely fast. Despite my car being locked into park, James was quick to find a safe solution and had my car on the truck in no time! He was efficient and safe on the drive. When dropping off my car he was even kind enough to go above and beyond to help me move my car into the spot i preferred on my driveway! I would highly recommend using his services and will definitely give him a call back if i ever need a tow again!
Go our Sienna towed this and James was great. What’s even better was that his price was reasonable and not expensive at all.
Great service ,very willing to help, not one complaint ,gave me good price i would recommend this company with 5 stars absolutely the best service ,again fast and prompt service thanks again James Yella!
James, from James towing is the most professional tow driver I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely professional, he knows how to deal with, and look after cars of value; especially classic cars. Great conversation too. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I had car electronic issues that required towing to the dealership late on a Saturday night. I was lucky to find Mike. He came on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He handled my car with great care while loading it onto his truck, and drove very carefully to the destination. The service was prompt and professional. His fee was very reasonable. I’m happy and grateful for Mike taking care of me during such an inconvenient time. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Our car died in the parking at the Honda center and Mike was quick to help. We called 6 tow companies and the price was either outrageous, or a voice recorded message. We are grateful for his help.
I have to say we could not have found a better towing company! This is not the first time ATC has come thru for us! Mike was amazing he kept in communication with us and made sure our shipping container was picked up as promised and delivered from barstow calif to Miami Florida! THank you Christian in the office for all your help and thank you Leandro for taking such care with our shipment! Leandro was able to pick up the container and get it to Anaheim so it could be transported Thank you Mike for getting the job done as promised we will continue to use ATC in the future for all our shipping needs
Mike is extremely competent and professional. He was able to unload a trailer for us in under an hour and was very patient. I highly recommend his service - he is able to tow for any of your needs.
I can confirm that the great reviews are 100% accurate ! i purchased a 20 foot shipping container this week. Mike and his team were awesome . Answered all my questions , stayed in touch along the way . Everyone was very friendly , professional and i got a grear deal . Driver was so care ful and wanted me happy . Nice to see a business providing this level of customer service . Highly recommend .

My car had a flat. The spare needed to be mounted and inflated. Could have I done it? Yes but that's why I have AAA. I contacted AAA. Musa came to the rescue. He was a very nice and respectful young man. He spoke well of the management and the company as a whole. Musa finished the job in 20 minutes, wrapped my wheel with the flat tire in plastic and loaded into my trunk. Excellent service!!!
It was a Long Day after (A Windshield Replacement) & shopping late night at Costco. I came out to my Car to find it wouldn't Start & the Battery was Dead. After calling AAA, Dallas showed up quickly w/Smile on his Face to Diagnose my Car's problem. He realized I had a Loose Battery Terminal & promptly removed both Terminals, cleaned them w/Wire Brush, did his Magic, tightened them both up & I was Back on the Road in Minutes. Dallas is a Consummate Professional & an Amazing Asset to Bitetto's Tow & Service Company. Thank you for making a Long Day end a lot Better w/a Great Story to Share!!!
Crazy as this next line might sound.... It was an absolute pleasure having Kevin from Bitettos's pick me up. Seriously though, prompt on timing knowing that I was stuck on the inside of the express way, great conversation, and just overall a pleasant way to make a bad situation okay. Thank you guys!
THIS IS WHERE YOU GO. These are master operators. Dispatch lady is caring. Last week one of their expert operators had my FORD F250 Diesel hauled from OC to Downey. No issue. For those bad reviews herein. You suck.
Brandon with your towing company is such a conscientious and nice employee. Brandon handled a very difficult car removal from on top of a rock with the utmost care! He removed the car with no damage to their BMW. Brandon was very kind and caring of the elderly couple that had the accident. He is an asset to your company as well as AAA !! I recommend this company

Eta was great the driver Juan was fast and gave me good deal thx you guys
My tire blew out and I was able to call for a tire replacement through AAA. Friendly and fast service I am very grateful.
Great service! Got there in 15min. Fair price and got me to a repair shop in time for same day service. Will recommend!
James was super fast and efficient he came in 25 minutes took me and my husband home we had stuck on the freeway he was polite fast and very good service thank you
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I called and specifically asked “I have a dead battery. Can you come charge my battery?” I expected them to bring a battery charging machine. Nope they came in a run down van. Plugged in my car and as soon as the light came on he ripped the plugs out. Did not check at all that we were good to go.We drove for an hour after to try to make the battery charge. Nope still next time we went to drive the car was dead. I called to report my experience and the first representative was great. Super kind. The supervisor on the other hand just wanted to argue and tell me “you don’t know, when your wrong your wrong.” Very condescending. I explained how a battery worked as in my hometown I WORK AT A AUTOSHOP. I even went to get the battery/alernator checked and was told by a machine and by a mechanic eye that both are fine. Horrible service I paid for nothing. I told the supervisor all I wanted was my complaint documented and he proceeded to argue with me. I told him I wanted going to go back and forth and asked if I could please just get this noted. I didn’t mention I was quoted about $140 and told them that a tow is less. So they said okay $85. Super scammy. Just gross people. They don’t care if your car will die again. They just car that it gets you far enough away from them. I let them know this is why they did not receive tips. All in all this will make me really appreciate the Disney security who jumped my car and waited with a actual machine to make sure my battery’s got the charge. Thank you. I hope the Disney security spend the fat tip I gave them well. As for this company. Your better off going to a corner and screaming at strangers for a tow. They will likely care more and give a better experience.

2 days ago I found myself in a tough spot when my car broke down unexpectedly in La Habra, CA. Luckily, I called Spark Towing Anaheim for emergency towing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service! From the moment I made the call, their customer service was prompt, understanding, and reassuring.
Damaged my vehicle and refuses to take responsibility. We have 2 witnesses during the time of the damage. Been over a month and they're still doing the run around.
Our company made a reservation at 11AM and I had to continually call back after the representatives would provide inaccurate information. Tow truck never came at the ETA given, spent the 3 hours waiting with no service. Bunch of liars and unprofessional people.
Tow truck came at a reasonable time. When I was almost to my drop off the driver asked me how much I was quoted then told me the app for payment isn't working. That he would drive me to an atm to give home cash. He kept pushing even though I told him I would call the company. All my tows never hassled in that way.
Had to help the driver figure out his setup to tow my Harley Davidson Streetglide. I have a sprain wrist. The setup for a motorcycle tow was a little sketchy but worked. If I didn't give him suggestions about what to try on his setup, the tow might not of happened? Plus they raised the price at the drop off.

Unprofessional. I called at 10 am on Wednesday, I asked if I could get help towing my car that wasn’t starting to my mechanic and he said yes. I asked if 3 pm would work he said yes. I sent the pickup and drop off addresses. 2 miles tops here in Anaheim. He gives me a quote, I say perfect. At 3 pm, no text, no call, no show. Maybe he’s running a little late, no worries, so I wait. I call at 3:15. He says he’s towing a car from Los Angeles, it’ll be another hour… okay stuff happens I guess. I wait. 4:15, no text, no call, no show. Then I realize, ok I was this guy’s backup plan. Not good. Could have just said he wasn’t able to do it, and I would call someone else to help me. He calls at 5:11 pm and sends an apologetic message. Too late. Now I have to wait til the next day cause the shop is closed. I understand stuff comes up, but I really would have appreciated some communication, tell me you won’t be able to make it instead of wasting my time. It honestly seems like I was just your backup plan. Unprofessional.
Super rápido muy amable,así es mi gente de guerrero México, todo muy bien
My BMW lives on this tow truck. Good service, Friendly drivers. Every time I call there is a driver ready.

When I was driving home my tire just fell off and Tic-Tac-Tow was readily available! They arrived in a timely manner and helped me take my car to a tire shop. I highly recommend!!
Show up on time and was careful with my low profile car.
Called Tic Tac Tow to have my vehicle towed to the dealership to have some electrical repairs done. The driver showed up quickly ( less than 15 mins) and was extremely careful when loading and dropping off my vehicle. Great service and professional…give them a call!!

We came in the morning to release a car. It was the first time we had gone through this process. And although we were a bit confused, they were patient with us and were trying to help us out with the situation. The people who helped us out were very kind and understanding. Definitely running a good business there.
Driver very helpful and friendly. However, he didn't give us a receipt and when I called company they had difficulty retrieving one and said they'd call me back. It's been 2 hrs and no call. Hmm
Muy mal servicio el de la grúa rompió la puerta de mi carro cuando la IVA abrir la puerta y está la pila de mi carro descargada y me sacaron mi carro ala calle en la linea de los bomberos eso no es nada profesional
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Worst towing company ever. They would not tow the truck because I had some items in the back. They left us stranded. Waited an hour and a half and had to call AAA again and start the process over. The worst communication ever.
Cat is by far the nicest / most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. She is awesome

LEARN HOW TO DRIVE. License plate ending in —AM2. No turning signal, didn’t even look at his mirrors.
We bought one of their trucks, great company to do business with... Thanks it's been a great truck!
My truck was stolen, my useless insurance company has me running around doing their work for them and I ended up here.both of the young ladies running the front were awesome! They were helpful during a stressful time and I really appreciate that, I imagine that they deal with a lot of b.s.from people and should be commended for having a great attitude! Thank you ladies! Great job on hauling 2 cars out of a tricky situation & doing it with ease.
Carlos was awesome, had a tough one for him. Body on a cradle, separate front end and hood. He was very careful moving it and getting it on the truck, as well as the front and. Sorry to see it go, I'm original owner of this 75 Camaro. Back window painted by the late, great Big Daddy Ed Roth himself. It's atheist going to a good home, soon to be a Resto-mod. Bye..
Muy buen servicio rápido nos ayudaron con nuestra troca una RAM por eso les doy 5 estrellas 👍🏻el muchacho que nos ayudo se llama Carlos muy amable muchas gracias!!..
Exceptional & quick service. I was cruising around the city when my u-joint snapped off on my truck, so I called Specialty Towing and was able to get my truck back home quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend friends and family, and I will use them for any future tows. Keep up the good work. "
There is footage online illustrating how they attempted to tow a Toyota Prius with occupants IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. This company has complete and utter disregard for safety and is absolutely criminal. Such an act is on grounds for attempted kidnapping. This is unacceptable, criminal and this company should be razed to tue ground. Like the employers, the employees share culpability as they lacked the discernment to recognize the criminal nature of their actions. Thus, any individual involved in the chain of command of this company must be sentenced unequivocally.

This place is a whole mess, I called to get quote of my grand total and I received a different price than what it actually is And of course you can’t argue with these people. How does Anaheim police have a contract with them. I received an invoice from both Anaheim police and Mo’ and tow saying my vehicle was at their establishment, I get there and they don’t have my vehicle there they tell me to wait for a driver to come and take me to a different location to pick up my car. I asked how far, in how long would driver come and if I could get the address to where my vehicle was. And I just kept getting idk or nos for an Answear. Lady at the front is uncooperative. Everyone here should report them to best business bureau. I am
This place should be shut down immediately. After a traumatic car accident, we went to get our belongings from our car just to get yelled at by the rude staff. We were told "shut up" and "hurry up let's go" from Maria and Sergio while getting things from my car. Maria and Sergio were terribly rude and unprofessional. They had a demeanor as if they were trying to fight us. RUN from this place. I have no idea how it's still standing as so many people have had terrible experiences with their nightmare of a staff.
This tow company serves my apartment complex. If I come home after a double shift and the assigned spot that i pay for is taken. A quick speed dial & they're gone in 30 minutes.
If I can give negative stars I would. The absolute worst place ever. They just milk you for money. And charge for stuff that you didn’t do.
This place is a joke. Not allowed to take pictures of YOUR vehicle when picking it up. $265.00 for 9 hours of storage of my stolen & recovered car. UNBELIEVABLE. Anaheim PD needs to contract with someone new. They know they got you by the crotch.... Even people whose cars are STOLEN. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD
