Very quick and efficient towing service at a reasonable price. James towing was one of the first to reach out once a I sent out a towing request on yelp. Straight to the point, quick turnaround on wait time and price information. Tow truck was here in 30-45mins or less, friendly and courteous professionalism from driver. Quick pick up and was accommodating with me at the drop off location. Will definitely be recommending and using their services again.

So glad that I found Affordable towing. Mike was easy to work with. He was on time and get the job done even though my car has special conditions. Its a 1954 Chevy sedan that rides on airbags. He was quick to figure out the best way to load my car and their pricing is like the name 'affordable" Hopefully I won't need them often, but I will definitely call them again if I need a tow.

Mandy and Fernando were amazing. They literally saved my life (okay it wasn't that intense but it sure felt that way in the moment). Tire blew out almost completely off the rim, on the 91 westbound during rush hour traffic. Mandy was on top of it by rerouting to the correct driver with a flat bed, which was needed due to my rear passenger tire being completely blown. Fernando showed up soon after and got me and my car safely to the tire shop in no time. I was nervous as a single woman on the side of the road in the dark of night, but Fernando made me feel very comfortable. Even discovered we grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same schools a year apart. Small world. Needless to say, I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Only positive! They exceeded expectations and got me to safety, in an otherwise scary situation. Thanks guys!! Appreciate you both 🙏 💙
If I can leave 0 stars I would. I have no idea how Triple A found this company but my 80 year old Grandma called in at 3:00pm to get a car towed. They told us 45min-1hr. After 1hr and a half Leo ,customer service worker, calls and says they will need another hour because they are having trouble finding a technician . We gladly waited. After waiting 3 hours Leo finally calls back and says “I’m sorry, we need another hour”. He did not let us know they were extremely backed up and needed 3 hours to find a technician. I never leave reviews but to for my 80 year old grandma to be treated this way is ridiculous. I have no idea how people leave 5 star reviews. Maybe because my Grandma requested the car be towed 30 miles away? At the end of the conversation, Leo apologizes and said it was out of his control. He was no help and didn’t offer a solution after we waited for longer than 3 hours.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did. My interaction with Bitetto’s was extremely disappointing — the staff were dishonest, rude, and unhelpful from start to finish. Dealing with car issues is stressful enough, but the way this company handled my situation only made things worse. Instead of offering support or solutions, they turned the issue around and tried to make it seem like I was at fault. I was honestly shocked by their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. After reading other reviews, it seems many AAA customers have had similar complaints. AAA should really reconsider partnering with a business that treats people this way. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for towing or any automotive services. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Fernando provided excellent service when my motorcycle decided to "die" on me at night on Santiago Canyon road. Despite poor location information from me, and despite the numerous areas on that stretch without any reasonable cell service, Fernando stuck with me, calling me multiple times after driving the same stretch of road and not finding me, getting back to where he had signal and talking to me, reassuring me that he was not going to abandon me, while staying calm, patient, persistent, and cracking jokes to lighten my mood. He finally found me and quickly loaded up my bike and took me home. Simply outstanding service.

Very very helpful. He is very dedicated to his job, nice and welling to help as much as he can. He even has good pricing and didn’t scratch the car, I asked for his help twice after liking his work on my car when he towed it. I RECOMMEND truly to anyone who is in need for a towing service that is priced good. I’m not usually someone who leaves any comments but I had to for this one.

They cancelled my appointment twice without notifying me. Their claims were that I booked with a different company when I only called to get quotes (prices). I sent them my card information as well to confirm my appointment and I did not call anyone after that. They would've charged my card for cancellation had I not called back for an update. Tell me, If I booked with another company, why would I be stranded on the road for 3 hours? Furthermore, their customer service was rude and very frustrating to deal with. They hung up on me and refused to let me speak and did not allow me to reschedule with them even tho they had no information I set up other services with another company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Spark Towing Anaheim for a heavy-duty towing job for my construction company based in Fontana, CA. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the moment I called, their customer service team was responsive and professional, understanding the urgency and specifics of my request.
My experience was excellent. I was well pleased with the service they give. Nick (the tow truck driver) was very helpful and super friendly. Joe ( the dispatcher) was helpful and easy to talk to. Great Service!
I was told it would take 40 to 60 minutes but arrived 2 hours later. They were throwing numbers around, got a different price each time I talked to them. Then I was told by Tim and I quote, "That's what is wrong with you women, you are all crazy, it's too early in the morning for this man." NEVER call these people for your towing services. They are unprofessional, rude, sexist liars.
Damaged my vehicle and refuses to take responsibility. We have 2 witnesses during the time of the damage. Been over a month and they're still doing the run around.
Jose was very nice and careful with my car. He is very experienced and professional. I would go with Spark Towing again if I need a towing service.

The receptionist is nicest lady EVER. Super neat and kind. She helped us out by going out of her way and requesting registration info. This is my second run in with this tow company and she actually makes it easier to pay.
I was in a very bad car crash , where I was hit by someone in a stolen car. The car was on a high speed chase with the police going over 80 miles . My car was towed by the police and this company was the one that responded. I was in the hospital for three days and during that time I tried getting my car. This company bad an already bad situation worst. They treated me like they where a repo lot and that my car didn't belong to me. I owned my car out right and was not given any information on my cars whereabouts. My insurance company was given a hard time trying to get my car. The people that work there are all very rude and nasty. I needed my house keys when I got out of the hospital and was told there would be a 140 fee to open the gate after hours. I even called the police in hopes to get help and they where not given answers. I would say never use this company but they are hired through the police department. So I will be filing a complaint with the city.
I was in an accident and this was the company that took my car. The driver, Edgar, was very helpful and informative, and everyone at the actual office/lot was just as kind and professional. Everything was straightforward, quick, and easy. You don't want to have to be there, but they take care of you while you are. My insurance covered this cost, so I cannot comment on prices but they have plenty of signs with rates.
Where do I even begin? Our car was towed two nights ago while my sister was still in the hospital, so we couldn’t pick it up right away. I called around 5 PM yesterday, and someone told me they close at 5. When I asked what would happen if we came after hours, they said there would be a $65 late fee. Later, my sister called to confirm, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She just kept saying they were closed. When asked what the $65 late fee was for if no one is there after hours, she couldn’t give a clear answer—just repeated “we’re closed.” But the way she said it made it sound like we could still come get the car if we paid the late fee. So my brother went in person around 6:30 PM and was again told there would be a $65 late fee if we came later. Based on that, we returned around 9 PM, but were told it was “too late” and no one could help. Seriously? We didn’t even want to come back this morning—because we still didn’t know what their actual business hours were. If you check Yelp, it literally says 24/7. And they really need to understand that most people work 9–5 or even earlier, so some flexibility—or at least clear and consistent communication—would help. When we returned this morning, we came in calm. The woman at the desk immediately smirked and said, “You guys came last night, right?” I said yes, because we were told there was a late fee option. She replied, “Well, we told you we were closed.” So I asked again, “Then what was the $65 late fee for if no one was there to release the car?” She couldn’t answer. She just kept deflecting. Of course I got mad—we went back and forth because I was just trying to get a straight answer. She still couldn’t explain anything clearly—so instead, I got kicked out. Here’s what makes it worse: the tow truck guy was in the same room the whole time. He didn’t say a word or try to help. At one point, he told us we couldn’t park outside. Okay, fine—but does he not understand how packed the street parking is around there? We had to circle around just to find a spot. Not helpful at all. And the most frustrating part? We didn’t go in to argue. We just wanted to get our car and leave. But the woman’s sarcastic attitude and refusal to give a straight answer escalated the whole thing. This was honestly the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff, inconsistent information, no professionalism, and zero accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This was an extremely unpleasant experience, no company should be this scandalous or unprofessional. They act like they provide a service but treat you like trash. Professionalism is supposed to carry kindness and the willingness to do whatever to make sure the customer is happy. I will never use this place again I recommend going anywhere else. It's sad to see with everything going on these days the there are still people and places that are just as dishonorable as this place!

The worst experience I've EVER had with a tow company!! Called them for a tow a half mile away...was told 40 minutes, an hour later, was told 5 minutes...it took 2 hours for them to arrive. They charged me $150 for 15 minutes of work. They are liars and thieves!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

This company is horrible .. left my brother out in the cold with a bloody nose until we could get to him. They closed at 5 and we got to him about 5:20 ... couldn't show him any kindness by waiting till we got there. Also with his injury he was trying to get all his belongings out of his severely damaged car while their employees just sat and watched him struggle. His back seats were jammed due to being rear-ended and they just watched! Guess its easier to just be a jerk.

Guy was cool and had good customer service but the lady at the front was taking forever and clearly didn’t know what she was doing, she even gave me attitude and was rude as hell. Even the lady on the phone to let us know when they’ll be back was extremely rude. If you can’t handle this then don’t be in customer service
They towed my car from a spot where there were no marking that I couldn’t park there. I call in within a couple hours because I went back for it and they said there’s nothing they can do. There’s nothing I can do either. I just got kicked out of my home at 18 years old moved to Denver to do work couldn’t make any money then I moved here for a job. I don’t get payed till the 15th and I have 150 dollars to my name. My only options are to go to a loan place and get a loan. At 18 where are these peoples hearts. I understand I need to pay it but I don’t have the money. I don’t have family and now I can’t even pay rent.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any establishment. Mary was racist inconsiderate and a disrespectful human being. I feel sorry for anyone that has to ever encounter her. Do not let the Anaheim PD tow your vehicle here the will try to squeeze every penny out of you and make you waste your entire day just for Mary’s entertainment.
