Bought a car from out of state for my daughter. Called and Timothy answered right away. Worked his schedule out on short notice to pick up the car at a convenient time from the sellers. Very polite. After having a terrible experience with another Little Rock tow company, Vic with Blue Hill was a breath of fresh air. He got to my car in just 15 minutes and made the process super quick and easy.

Can’t help but question the “company” when they say they can’t tow a pickup truck with a bumper pull trailer without using a Heavy Wrecker (20 ton or bigger that’s used to tow semi trucks, class 6-8 trucks) and I’m not sure if it’s just solely laziness and not wanting to do it, attempted money grab, or just pure mindlessness. Please make sure you call everywhere else before using this company.
Great place will come here again for future repairs. Needed splash guard removed since it got damaged and they got us in right away and did it with no charge. Will bring our trucks here for future. Thank you Bobby. Dan

I just waited 40 minutes for a tow truck. Just to be told that the tow truck driver came and they didn't find me and they canceled it, mind you, I'm been sitting here with my car the entire time. And when I had someone call me from the company it was verified, I was exactly where I said I was, so the tow truck driver apparently was too lazy to actually come to where I was and lied. And of course, there'll be no repercussions for that whatsoever. So now I'm just stuck stranded somewhere with no way home because your tow truck driver didn't want to do his job. Update: 3:30pm Second driver found me perfectly 👌
Paul Aldridge truck #90 is a blessing! We lost turbo on our 2500 Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck while camping in Maumelle. We were camping our way to Nashville from West Texas to meet up with family. We were three miles from our campsite and had to call for a tow to transport our truck to a diesel mechanic. Paul was prompt, courteous and so kind to offer us a ride back to our campground! He dropped us off right at our RV site so we could remove all of our gear/belongings from the back of our truck and make the best of our camping trip! Thank you Paul & God Bless You!
A week ago my car shut down while I was at my Mom’s house. It was nighttime, and I called Roadside Assistance. I received a call from East End Towing letting me know that someone was on their way. A bit later, a gentleman named Steve called and updated me on his arrival. He got there and was so nice and helpful. He gave my battery a boost and helped me know what to do. I very much appreciate Steve and the help he gave me!
My trip thru Little Rock stumbled when the starter went out in my van. I was pulling my camper at the time and needed the whole rig towed. East End sent a truck right away and the driver tried everything he knew to try to get the van started but no go. Once he saw the whole rig he called the office and a different style tow truck was sent over to haul the van and tow the camper. Driver Charles was great and got us to the repair shop quickly and safely. Thank you East End Towing! Much appreciated.
Big thank you to East End Towing today. I was stuck and thought I’d be looking at a tow bill, but instead they came out, helped me get my car started, and didn’t even charge me for the tow. I got a text from the insurance company that said the record would be here in 45 minutes set an hour and 15 minutes within 5 minutes the driver called and said he would be here in about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later he was here. Lum was the driver. He was very professional and courteous. He handled my with care. If I ever need another I'll Phillp's Brother's Towing and request Lum! Very clean and modern equipment too! I was pretty upset that I got my car impounded here in North Little Rock, being that I live in Little Rock, but I’m glad that there is a worker there that is professional and knowledgeable about what is going on! She was very accurate and respectful with communication regarding the process of retrieving my car! Her name is Shelly, I believe! She understood my situation as she has been through the similar situation herself. She made me feel very comfortable about the situation even after telling me the outrageous prices that I had to pay. We shared a few laughs and I had a more clear understanding about what was going on! I had the feeling that she enjoys her job. A customer in distress like I was about my car being impounded and having very little money. Shelly is a very genuine and understanding soul. I believe she has the type of personality that is perfect for the position she has. She shows southern hospitality, genuine kindness, upmost respect, and helpfulness! I don’t want to have my car impounded again, but if I do, I would only like to speak to her, because I don’t think anyone else would communicate with me in the way she communicated with me! Needed a gas run off the 40 Sunday night at 8 PM. Many companies would/could not do it. Said they’d be there in 30 mins and got there in 20 mins. Got some fuel and paid in 10 mins. Reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I'm typing this message on 3/5/2025. This morning around 3:30am, I was traveling on hwy 70 to the I30, and I was traveling through the construction work, and the driver behind me was blinding me because of having on their high beam lights. Long story short, I drove off the road into the ditch right before entering into I30. The tow worker, was so nice! He arrived in minutes! Service was fast and pleasant. My car is in great conditions, no mishaps! And I was able to make it to work! Very reasonable/affordable pricing! I highly recommend. Thank you C&T Towing!!!

When I had broken down with my Pete SURE REPAIR AND TOWING, THIS YOUNG MAN AND HIS GUY'S WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ME GOING TO DELIVER MY LOAD ! THESE GUYS WENT AND WORKED ALL NIGHT ON MY TRUCK TO GET ME ROLLING, I PUT THIS WAY IT TOOK LONGER TO GET A COM CHECK TO PAY THEM THAN IT DID WITH THE WORK !! THEY WERE ARE A GOD SEND THEY WENT OUT THE WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS GOOD AND OK. I HAVE TO SAY THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR GUYS!!!

We were the unfortunate ones who got pulled in to the DOT inspection station and had to have our load adjusted to be able to move our truck. After several calls to different places we got ahold of Sure towing and recovery and they made things happen. They were there as quickly as possible and worked to get the load right. With out their help we would have sat there for several more hours. Thank you guys so much for your help. If we ever need help again, you will be the first one we call.

the person I talked to over the phone was no help. he was rude and kept me on the phone for way too long, when he wasn't even available to help me. after he told me he couldn't help me, he called me back to waste more of my time, when I was trying to call other tow services
Great experience overall. Prices can't be beat. They also work on batteries (search Jacksonville Starter & Alternator - same guys). I originally thought the problem was the battery, so they brought it to their own shop. Since it turned out to be a non-battery related problem, they towed it to another shop and gave me a discount on the second tow. All in the same day! Saved me a lot of cash and headaches.
These guys are slimy 200$ for a chain to pull my vehicle 4ft if that and they didn't pull my vehicle from the frame the decided the passenger side rim was a good idea and bent the tie rod end in the process these guys try and act like you don't have common sense also force a wheel past the turning point and shit breaks but no our tow truck isn't capable of damaging your car like that
What can I say?!? This company is amazing with some of the best professionals I've had the honor of working with! They were timely and beyond kind! When my tow job required more than expected (I was stuck in Mud) they went above and beyond to ensure my car was towed. Even though it took them getting muddy, wet, dirty and a hr longer than expected. I was ready to give up hope but they reassured me they would get my job done, they even called in backup to help! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Don't hesitate, call them today. Their pricing is very fair and their service is beyond great! Thanks again to the amazing guys who helped me out!

I am from out of state. My water pump went out and I called this wrecker service around 1 o’clock. They stated it would be about an hour till they could pick me up. An hour later I called to check and they said it would be another 45 minutes. I waited another hour and called them again and they told me that it would be another hour. Understandably wrecker services are in high demand. But when you have somebody from out of state who is trying to get a car to a specific dealership before they close and make lodging arrangements, this was unprofessional. They had my number and could have called to keep me updated that the Destiination time kept changing. I had other tow companies that could’ve picked me up sooner but was waiting for this specific company. Save your money and go to a better, more professional wrecker service. And the woman that kept answering the phone was extremely rude. She told me on my last call that I could just cancel the tow and hung up on me
Awesome tow truck company. Lady answering the phone was incredibly helpful. Made everything super easy and less stressful. I will definitely be suggesting their services to my friends. Just the fact that it was so easy and not stressful is amazing.

From what started as a bad day ended so much better thanks to Jerry! From no fault of his own my insurance company gave the tow truck company the wrong address. I was able to call Jerry and give him the right address and he arrived promptly. Absolute life saver! My husband locked his keys in his car, and was calling around trying to get someone to help him out and thankfully Newcomb towing answered us. A nice gentleman answered the phone and my husband explained the situation and even though we were in Little Rock and this is a Benton company he still came out to assist and unlocked the car! Excellent customer service. We requested a tow, and in the 30 min. wait time, our car ended up starting. We called to cancel the tow at the same time they showed up. They were very polite and “glad” we didn’t need them after all. No charge or sneakiness about the now- unnecessary tow at 8:45 at night.
Very quick and efficient! I was traveling from out of state in the Benton area when my car broke down. Not knowing the area very well, and having no one I knew near, Newcomb towing made it easy for me to get my car to a repair shop that would be open the following day (Saturday). Thank you for doing a great job at a fair price. Towing companies often have a bad reputation, but companies like yours show that there are good ones out there.
Read the other reviews. Its there M.O. I waited on them for over 6hrs and no one came, I called at 12:54, They said it would be about 3hrs, Called back at 04:23, I was told a driver was finishing up and he would be on his way, at 07:00 I knew they were not showing, canceled and got another tow company in 57mins.
Absolutely the rudest and most unhelpful towing company I have ever had to deal with. Staff is combative and had to go through three people just to find out what was needed to recover my vehicle. Both keys and ownership paperwork were missing out of the vehicle. If you have a choice do not do business with this company and if you have to be prepared they go the extra mile to make what is already a bad situation for someone even more difficult and stressful.
I called them this morning when I realized my tire was flat (not the best way to start the day). They gave me options on what’s services they felt would be best for my situation and helped me get back on the road. Great customer service!!!!!!!! 1/12/24 Still top tier service! Robert got me hooked up and my car delivered to the dealership with no problems. And he got to me super fast. In East End Towing I trust

I would’ve gave them 0 out of 5 because the woman who answered the phone is very rude & inconsiderate. My car got towed from Sherwood & i called to see if there was anyway to have my car towed to my house since I’m paying for it anyway , she couldn’t even tell me where my car was . She kept telling me to call back @10am tm. I know it’s because they want me to pay them for having my car over night . & it’s okay bc I’m going up there tm. I would much rather get my car towed by tj’s $35 towing (thank me later) . 🙄 i hope i never have to deal with them again .
Customer service and sticking to your word is gold in business. Site says 24 hour towing but when you call they are very rude and say they don’t open until 8-9am. Why even answer or have 24 hours listed? I also think I was charged more due to the vehicle I own which is an expensive car. I was quoted $135 over the phone. When they dropped my car off my total was $191.00. I paid $200 cash and driver never offered to give me my change. I would not recommend AT ALL.
This company is your best bet. Low rates, professional and timely. Had full service at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning.
All towing and recovery businesses after COVID-19 should be ashamed of their selves for repossessing vehicles from families that are just trying to catch back up.

Lucky's Towing is great. My wife and I were stranded both with a flat tire and out of gas. Danny Thompson fixed our flat, and when AAA refused to help us with gasoline (even though we paid for the "Plus" Membership with gasoline assistance), Danny bought a gas can himself and helped us get fueled up and on our way. I'll be a lifetime customer. Thank you for the great service!

Terrible place that towed everyone car on the block using an ordinance from 1996. The city council meeting stated that they should have given a 30-day notice to everyone on the street whom car Clark stole/towed. Im looking for an attorney now..
My wife had a flat at 4 o'clock in the morning. We called AAA and Clark Towing showed up much faster than AAA predicted. 100% professional and very curtious. Would recommend.

Beware the actions of this company are criminal. They displayed racist behavior as well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on May 5th and 6th, 2024, at your tow facility involving one of your employees, Peggy. The events that transpired during this interaction were deeply concerning and necessitate formal action. On May 5th, 2024, at approximately 12:00 noon, my vehicle was towed and brought ot the facility at 257 Front Street, West Memphis Upon contacting the facility l encountered Peggy, whom the driver informed me was the owner. Unfortunately, our interaction quickly devolved into a heated exchange characterized by Peggy's rude and abrasive demeanor. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly and resolve the situation, Peggy adamantly refused ot release the vehicle that day, insisting that ti could only be retrieved on May 6th, 2024 after speaking ot her. The folowing day, May 6th, 2024, upon returing to your facility, Ionce again attempted ot reason with Peggy and provide the necessary documentation to secure the release of my vehicle. However, Peggy continued ot exhibit uncooperative behavior, refusing ot acknowledge my status as the registered owner and disregarding the sales contract | presented. Instead, she resorted to cursing and verbally abusive language, ultimately escalating the situation to a threatening level. She engaged ni physical aggression by chest bumping me and brandishing a bat while threatening violence. At this juncture, Ifelt compelled to seek assistance from the West Memphis Police Department. Upon their arrival, Peggy continued to be uncooperative and hostile, making unreasonable demands for payment in cash only. She initially stated the cost would be $250 on 05/05/2024 and later advised when the officers arrived that the cost would be $448.54. This entire ordeal, which should have been a straightforward transaction, was needlessly prolonged to an egregious extent, lasting three hours due to Peggy's belligerent conduct. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on al tow truck owners ni Arkanasa but also poses a serious risk to the safety and well-being of your patrons. Ifirmly believe that Peggy's actions during this incident are entirely unacceptable and warrant immediate attention. It is evident that her behavior is not in alignment with the standards of professionalism and customer service expected by the Arkanasas Towing anbd Recovery Board. Furthermore, her actions represent a significant liability to your organization and undermine public trust ni the services provided by alitow companies in Arkansas. Inlightoftheseconcerns,lurgeyouot conductathoroughinvestigationintothismaterandtakeappropriate disciplinary action against Peggy. Additionally, I request that she issue issue a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused by this unfortunate incident. As a responsible member of the community, it is imperative that actions are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Itrust that you wil address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to uphold the integrity of al towing companies and ensure the safety and satisfaction of al citizens. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Peggy claimed to be the owner but refused ot provide any further identifying details. Additionaly, cameras within the establishment recorded the incident.

I called all around and people gave me excuses and just straight up said they couldn't come and help me out I called Clark towing and they were right there, and fast! Shane is a amazing guy and Clark towing is a great company. I highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn't have to worry with Clark towing. The process was easy and simple they got the job done, really. Wish I could give more stars!

Jason with 501 Towing & Roadside is one of the best dudes you could come across when you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. He came out and helped me diagnose a starting issue I was having and even though he didn’t have the capability to tow my rig (F750) he found me someone that could. Huge shoutout to 501 Towing!

To expensive.
Ryno Towing will always be our call when we need help. We have used them several times over the years. They have never let us down. Teresa is always so easy to talk with. "Where are you at and what are you driving"? She will have a driver headed to rescue you in no time. The drivers they have working for them are always so nice, they know what they need to as soon as they get there to get your vehicle loaded and headed to where you want it delivered.
Trying to locate my husbands Ford Explorer XLT that we were told by the Jacksonville Police that Ryno Towing had towed it off the highway. Ryno Towing claimed to not know what we were talking about. And the woman speaking with my husband was not helpful at all--cut him off and hung up on him. And---we still have yet to locate my husband's vehicle!
I popped a tire & had to call tow truck. Ryan was my tow driver. He was quick, very nice & was as helpful as he could be. The lady I called was very nice as well. He towed my car told me to go in to get in line & he’s bring me my keys. Super nice young man. I’d absolutely use them again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired this towing company to move a generator for a customer and they slammed on the brakes and their pintle hitch broke and the generator got damaged. Now they are wanting to claim that the damage was not their fault when they were the company hooked up to the generator when the damage occurred. Can't make it up, another company trying to get out of a mistake that they made and not taking responsibility. Hard to find good companies now a days. Steer clear of this company if you want the job done right and honest.

Alternator went out in my SUV in the worst possible place and had to just leave it parked right on the McCain exit ramp. My son called JHook and Jose braved the crazy traffic to get the truck on the rollback safely! He had it to me and off his truck in less than an hour. Absolutely Awesome! 💯 caring, kind and professional in the 'feels like' 107' heat! Will call them again if needed and definitely recommend them. 👌
Really bad customer service attention. As a customer, you expect to be helped and not yelled at. You are already dealing with the downs of a breakdown in the middle of the road, and you getting that service and attitude is not acceptable.

Called and asked for a tow cause I’m literally 15 minutes away from them. Was told it would be a hour wait and they would get me taken care of. After a hour I called and they said it was gonna be another hour and half and to just hang tight. No updates at all and will just plain waste your time. Please read all reviews before giving your money to these people.
My daughter broke down and we called phoenix towing. They came out and towed her to the repair shop. No issues at all. Great service. It's nice to know that my daughter was taken good care of.
